I had to call about my shipment early last week, when I called and spoke with the gentleman he let my know that the items that were ordered, were on at least a 3 week back order. I expressed my concern and lack of notification about the item. The gentleman tried to make things right and help as much as possible. However I lost customers from my business and now I have damaged items that I am still unable to use. I am very frustrated with your company right now.

I always buy my vinyl from hpn, but was disappointed to learn they are out of stock of the 5 yard 10" rolls and have no idea when they will be back in stock. Because of this I had to only buy sheets at a higher price.

Very easy to select colors I wanted at very reasonable prices.

The only thing I have a complaint about is, the pkg was slightly bent and opened on one end. So packaging could be better. Nothing was damaged or missing as far as I could tell however

Wonderful shopping experience made even better by the customer service. Called to ask questions about a heat press I was reviewing; my questions were answered and I was given advice and suggestions on how to use the products and on projects I am working on. I ordered our heatpress right from the website, really easy. I will say get ready for a well packaged product. Be prepared to have a well constructed table to place it on because the 16" x 20" we purchased was quite heavy. We were planning on taking ours to flea markets and others places but do to the weight we have decided against that. We will be purchasing another, a little smaller, for that purpose.

The heat press I ordered arrived in a badly damaged box, held together by tape. The styrofoam was barely protecting the equipment. This item was supposed to be shipped and handled with care, the box clearly says "fragile". The handle of the heat press was busted through the top of the box. After a few more uses I guess I will know if the press was damaged during shipping.

The color I needed did not show available so, I called customer service and she let me know it was in stock in the warehouse and should not delay my shipping times. I received my order just a few days after it was placed. No complaints here!

I am not able to screw one of the rubber feet into the base of the press because the bolt that was there for shipping is broken off inside the hole. Also, the unit did not cut on when it arrived, there were multiple cables disconnected inside.

My former heat press broke for a second time and I decided to take the leap and spend a little more on a heat press. I like that you actually have spare parts should the machine break. The difference is obvious and I've only owned it for 2 days. Thank you, heatpressnation.

Very efficient and fast. Called customer service several times for questions and help with equipment purchased. Never disappointed. They were very patient and kind. Super informative and professional. I really felt valued as a customer.

You got just about everything but sheet metal and cutters for like brass plates or metal for pictures to metal heat transfers. The order arrived quickly and very well packed so nothing brakes.

The product was great. I had to follow-up on the shipping after receiving partial shipment. Would have rather received a notification of the spilt and timeframe of the shipment for planning. But, things worked out.

I went the store to personally pick up my order and a gentleman named Jared. I am rather new to the scene of Sublimation/Heat transfers etc. He sat down with me and showed and taught me a few things and his attention was focused on sharing information with me and helping a new guy out. I was completely impressed by the attention to service, helping and making suggestions to a new customer that is learning the ropes. Because of Jared his expertise and the overall good prices i have received i definitively will be buying from HeatpressNation again and again.

Very satisfied with this company. When I have had problems they have helped me out promptly and were very respectful. I will continue to use them because of the great customer service I have received.

I am not pleased with the turn around time from my order. I placed my order on Cyber Monday and I waited for two weeks before I called about the order. She said I had to confirm my address because the billing and shipping were different. I do appreciate that added level of security but I didn't receive the email about that information prior to calling. She told me on the phone my order would ship that day. Meanwhile two weeks later it finally shipped. I just wish I would've known from the start how slow the shipping would be.

Original product handle was damaged. I sent a photo of the handle via email to customer support and I was contacted very shortly via email to set up a pickup the following day. The new heat press was shipped as soon as the original one was picked up for return. New press is prefect. Used once so far with no issues. I will be recommending company to friends.

I did a live chat with someone because 2 mugs were broken in the shipment, and was given an email address to send pics to, lost email sent an email to customer service, on my way out the door to get the email again, and have not received a response. I am working alot if yours and its hard for me to sit down and chase this around

There were problems in the warehouse that delayed my order. I called customer service and they told me they would help day ship it. They also told me one of my items was out of stock and I gave them another color tip change it to. They did not change my shipping and did not put the changes of the missing item in the system. The next time I called them I notice on my email the replacement item read missing they were very helpful and did rush shop that item. It arrived 5 days before the original order! Last suggestion please have color examples for all sizes of vinyl sheets.

Great customer service! Happy to answer my questions about shipping. Also, my shipment arrived before I even got my tracking number in my email! Super fast! I love my press and if I ever upgrade I know where I'll be returning to shop! Thanks!

I had to take the day off work because I was not told that someone 21 and over had to sign for the delivery. But other than that I am extremely pleased. The DVD is on back order so I haven't received it yet.

Still a little confused about using the model I purchased, the manual shows a different monitor than mine. It shows 2 screens I have 1, called and was told to go online to your site and look it up. I did and it's the same manual. Would still appreciate the correct manual so I know exactly how to use it. 1st time owning a press, love it but need to know more about it. Thanks

The products were great and we are overall very happy with our experience. The time it took to ship out was much more than the 24-48 hours the customer service rep promised us which caused us to have to delay our customer's orders. Good products and service overall though. Will be purchasing more in the future.

I ordered 10 inch vinyl. It was roughly cut with a saw or something and was between 9.5 and 9.75 inches instead of 10. The vinyl cut well on my machine, was easy to weed, and transferred well. It's high quality product. But if you need exactly 10 inches, then you you may not receive it.

Great customer service and product. The delivery time was slow, but at no fault of Heatpressnation. Fedex held the package at the warehouse for one week and was not helpful. However, Heatpressnation followed up to make it right.
