Seems to be well made except for the extended pressure arm handle, very cheap design and has already broken. Just grabbed it when opening it up and the nut broke out of the hollow tube handle. The handle is a very poor design. Other than that, all seems to work as advertised. Have only pressed one shirt and all worked well.

This website always has the best prices. However, I never get an email saying my order has shipped. I check my inbox and my spam and I never get shipping notifications. Also, it takes a couple days after ordering for my order to actually ship. Most vinyl companies ship same or next business day.

Worked as advertised. My wife has had no problems doing her shirts. Set up was easy if you just read the instructions which my wife is not proned to do. Ordered right before Christmas 2017 and was worried if I ordered soon enough for her Christmas present. Shipped next business day and received just in time.

I appreciate this company. I always appreciate the great service at Heat Press Nation. I have an issue with the Orca-Coated 15 oz mugs I recieve having a tacky looking sticker instead of the permanent stamp on the bottom. Maybe you can not do anything about this but in the end it hurts my business, and it embarrasses me.

My order did not ship for several days. It only shipped after I sent an email inquiring about it. The vinyl roll was taped together towards the end of the roll, leaving me a small scrap on each side of tape. Thus I was out 12' of usable vinyl. Overall I was very disappointed.

Everything is fine just got the wrong thing but once I notified you guys you fixed it shipping the right thing. I still haven't found the time to return the wrong item. I do t live near a ups so this will be difficult for me

Was ordered over holiday said it would take few extra days to ship. It took longer but after I called it was at my house the next day. Great considering it was a down time and a lot of orders to be filled.

It's frustrating that I can't get through on the phone number listed on the website. I received a stand-alone mug press that isn't mine, notified the company via email and was told someone would contact me yet I haven't heard from anyone yet.

Very happy with my new heat press. It was delivered promptly and packaged very securely.

I was cautious about ordering this press because it was a bit expensive when compared to others on Amazon but it is very sturdy and closes, locks and opens with less effort than those other appear to require (as seen on YouTube). Plus it has the pull out drawer which makes all the difference to me.

I would buy this press from HPN again!

A lot of color adjustments and getting the Cameo to cut is very difficult, as it doesn't recognize the registration marks. The finished product heat pressed is nice but the vinyl sheets are expensive and projects are pretty small with the SG 400.

Everything was quick easy and no hassle. The only feedback is that I didn't receive product instructions, so when I got the machine and turned it on I thought it didn't work because it displayed the word off. After calling to speak with someone they walked me through how to work the machine and emailed me instructions. Other than that everything else went smoothly and machine seems to working great right now.

I placed an order but it never shipped due to an address mismatch. I had to have them cancel my purchase because I will not be in the same state by the time the item ships. Super inconvenient and has made me lose money in the process. Plus now I have to wait who knows how long to get my refund and still place my order because I obviously still need a press. So double the money gone from my account plus the money I lost out on.

The only issue that I have, is that the bottle came with a pretty good sized dent. I haven't been able to use it yet but the package was not busted, torn or cut. I figured the dent must have come from the warehouse before it was shipped out. Thank you for following up with me!

Delivery took much longer than expected. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal except that the tracking system wouldn't update to allow me to see that it had actually shipped, so it appeared to be "in process" for nearly an entire week. Unfortunately, I can get next day service from a competitor for the same price.

My experience was great. I spoke with customer service several times before my purchase. Each time they were polite, respectful, and full of information. They answered every question I asked each time. It was one of my best online purchase experiences. Thank you Heat Press Nation for hiring such great people!

Shipping was not very good on the timing, but customer service was top notch and they took care of the issue. The plotter works very well, not super high end, but good for people looking to start a small business. Overall, I would recommend and would buy a couple more myself.

I thought the press was a little over priced, but I need it to make shirts. If I had known it be so hard to open I would not have gotten it. No one helped me order this product as I placed my order on line. The delivery was super fast!
