Website was easy to navigate. Videos, reviews, and questions help when deciding which to purchase.
Merchandise arrived on time.
Heat press was easy to set up.
We have used both the main press (for shirts) and the hat press.
Both worked flawlessly and were much easier to swap back and forth than our old press.

The product took too long to ship when I did get the product it was in a zip lock bag and with no parchment paper. I called the customer service and I was told that it depends if the person packaging wants to put the parchment appear. I don't understand how you guys expect us to use a product half complete.

Heat press Nation staff are always courteous and try to help when problems arise. We love the orca mugs and the price is right. The only issue we ever have is getting our order at a reasonable time from the CA warehouse. Don't know what the issue is, but always seems to be one. Other than that, we are satisfied with HPN.

I came to heatpressnation.com after buying a heat press from another competitor last December. Obviously, if I am looking for a heat press in October again then I was not satisfied and the product had nothing but problems. So, after being dissatisfied with the previous company's product and customer service, I came to heat press nation looking for better service and quality. I got both.

After order was placed & paid, I called for delivery time & only then was told that machine was out of stock and would take 3-4 more weeks to arrive. That wasn't cool. But it did finally arrive and is working nicely.

Not only did I receive the best price for this product from HPN, but the mugs arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I sublimated them and they were easy to work with and produced consistent results. I would definitely buy them again.

Always easy to find what I need and a very seamless checkout process. Heatpressnation is awesome the printable neenah pro not so much not the most user friendly and shows the dark shirt through the design. Will try their other dark media.

The site is easy to navigate, price are reasonable, the associate is so helpful but i gave a 4 stars because i was waiting in line for 22 mins and it keep saying i am first in line for 6 times. I hope in the future that they put more operator to answer the phone.

Beside the long hold on the phone, the product is very good compare to the HTV that i had before from the other vendors and i will definitely buy from them again.

I had been researching heat presses and found out some good info about Heat Press Nation. I saw a press I wanted but it was out of stock. I requested a contact when stock was replenished and received an email. I was able to order it that morning at the sale price with the help of customer service! My press arrived in just a couple days!

First time order proved to be a great experience. Very good delivery time and Excellent products performed as advertised! Follow up orders were efficient and I will continue ordering as much as I can.

This is my favorite place to get my sublimation paper. I order at least once or twice a month and they have great prices and a super fast turn around. The paper is a great weight and produces crisp beautiful pictures! Thank you!

I am a little disappointed that there was no note telling me that tag holders were not included in the product. I have not decorated the Bag Tags yet but they look great and I like it that they are nice and sturdy.

Overall, I liked my shopping experience. The products heat press offers are really good especially for new businesses. My issue deals specifically with the transfer paper I purchased. I am unhappy with its performance.

Easy and quick, more than what I wanted to pay initially but they made it so convenient that I feel it was worth it! Packaging was the best I've ever seen and I got it so fast! Great quality and I have peace now with my customer items.

I didn't get the inks I had asked for originally but I will get them once the sublimation inks run out on my sawgrass.

This was my first buy. I think heat press nation is a great site for me to buy my HTV's. I have looked and made comparisons with other sites, and I like the amount and prices you guys have with the vinyls. It's easy to navigate (for me), but I just wish I would receive a coupon code from time to time, which I haven't seen since I started buying in the site (I am also subscribed with the email and nothing yet).

I wish I was notified of the change in setting to press this vinyl. I ruined a shirt. When I sent an e-mail I had a hard time finding which e-mail to send my concerns to. I did receive a reply with updated settings. I actually got an e-mail announcing & explaining the change from a different company before hearing back from you..

I called on 5 occasions contemplating different machines with SO many questions and EVERY person I talked to was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain thing to someone who has no clue. I'm a beginner and I wasn't sold stuff I didn't need to start out. My Facebook groups suggest this place and now I can see why!

I like the quick view comparison charts for the machines you offer! I used it to help determine which heat press to buy, but will also use the feature for vinyl cutters when I'm ready to upgrade, down the road.

When I placed my order for both the shirt and cap heat press they informed me that it maybe a delay in receiving my order but turned out it was shipped on time. The only small issue was I wasn't able to go online to utilize the tracking method but once I called the office they were very helpful!

I ordered the wrong quantities in my initial order, when I tried to get it corrected by email, the representative said they could not help me, that I would have to cancel the order and re-order the correct quantities, which would create 2 charges pending on my credit card. However, when I called the customer service line, the associate cancelled the order with incorrect quantities and placed a new order for the correct quantities using the credit from the first order. The review would have been 5 stars without this inconsistency in customer service.

Took almost a month for me to get my product. Customer service asked for the wrong information which made the process take longer. Towards the end of this debacle Ryan Martinez was instrumental in finally getting me my product. He called Forever and kept me in the loop throughout the process. After finally getting me the license key, Mr. Martinez then got me in contact technical support to ensure the download process went smoothly. Thank you Mr. Martinez! You are truly an asset to heatpressnation.

After checking different sites and doing tons on research, hear press nation was the best choice for the sawgrass400 printer. I am still learning so the videos provided by heat press nation have help me a so much.
