I did have to call to find out what the status of my purchase was for delivery. They were told to deliver after a certain date because I was not available in case it was delivered. It was delivered while I was gone and created a small problem which I worked out to get it into the house.

I recommend heatpressnation to anyone looking to purchase an affordable press. Delivery time was as expected, delivery fee was somewhat painful. I'm certain the heatpress will pay for itself in due time :)

Heatpress Nation does a great job of packing for their shipping. It is the best so far that I have seen accross vendors. However, cost of shipping and time that it takes to arrive makes it difficult to order needed products. I can order from Amazon or JDS Industries at cheaper rates for shipping and receive items within two days. This makes production for our company faster and my clients happy.

Lower shipping charges, faster shipping options, and free shipping if buying more would make the products much more worth the purchase.

I placed an order on Dec 19. The only option for shipping was $19 and if I'm remembering correctly that's about how much my order cost. I needed the material so I placed the order. My order did not get processed until Dec 26. I will not be ordering again.

The heat press I received is cracked. I've sent a email but haven't heard back. Also, when I placed my order it did not say the press was on back order. I did not find this out until I contacted a representative. Still waiting to hear back about the crack/s

The website is easy, fast and accessible, but does not update purchase orders, they should improve that. They have good products and some of poor quality that should not sell or improve quality control. The price value of the products is very good in general. Shipping time is acceptable but I think you can improve it. I will continue shopping on Heatpressnation

I ordered htv siser. The cut was awful. They resent a roll of white but not the black. The new roll is just as bad. I love the mug sublimation paper. Will continue to order that but never htv. I should've recieved a refund or even a discount code for next purchase. Considering I placed that order for my customer orders. My regular vinyl sheets were damaged, they did replace but it Took almost a month to replace. This was my first experience with ordering any type of vinyl and I'm pretty sure my last. :( sorry but this is an honest review.

Wide selection of products and good information to help choose the right products. The description of the various heat presses available and what level of business you are in made it easy to pick the correct press. I didn't have to guess what press would fit my current business situation.

I've used this paper for over a year. It works good I just wish it was less stiff on the dark color paper. I love the paper for the light Transfers. Overall it is the best price and is easy to work with. I got my order in less than a week.

I received my product promptly. However the beep was not turning off. Called customer support and they recommended it was a timer. They overnighted it with a video of how to do, and it works great. It's such a joy to work on something else knowing it will auto-open saving your product from burning. I love it.

I am completely amazed on how well built and reliable this heat press is. The slide out feature is a plus! It came nicely packaged and fast, which was a plus because I had to keep my business at the same time and there wasn't a week wait. I would highly recommend heat press nation to anyone.

Purchased this heat press because it looked like good quality. When I removed the heat press from the box everything looked good. When I plugged in the heat press nothing worked. I inspected the product thoroughly and found a harness that was dangling inside the heat press. I took pictures and a video. I ended up removing the rear access panel and exposing all the electrical components. I connected the connector that was not plugged in. Cycled the on/off switch and it all started working. I used it multiple times. The press works fine but then I noticed my magnet was not working. Overall the heat press is good and works fine. I gave a low rating due to lack of quality control on many things that should have been caught if paying attention.

I am stoked with everything I purchase from Heat Press Nation, especially since there's financing options and emailed with discounts for the designated holiday sales, not to mention how fast I always receive my orders. I will continue to purchase more equipment, and supplies for my small up and coming business

I received my order fast and I was well pleased with the care and protection my package needed to arrive damage free. I ordered 12 mugs and not one was broken. I most definitely will be ordering again.

Representative from HeatPressNation called me personally to let me know a product I ordered was out of stock and had to be ordered. When it shipped, it shipped way faster than I expected. Wonderful service and I plan on buying from them again!

I have numerous suppliers. Heat Press Nation is one of them and their website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is easy. Products shipped on time and I have had no issues with them. Great customer service if you have questions!

Customer service was great... I was shipped the wrong press (a coffee mug heat transfer press), but called them and had the right one the next day. They also made returning the wrong press very easy. Overall, they were great to work with.

So far everything with the heat press is functioning fine. There was no documentation included but I had already printed the documents from the website. The heat press was back ordered and it was indicated that I would be notified when it was shipped, my notification was receiving a customer satisfaction survey. I was never informed that the unit had been shipped, I had to figure out from various documents who the shipper was and from them when delivery was scheduled. Good products, not so good customer service.

Quick and easy. I really appreciate the organization of products. It was very easy to find and compare what I was looking for. I bought a refurbished model. I expected cosmetic blemishes as it said, but I did not expect the parts to be loose. I was able to tighten parts with my fingers. I haven't tried it yet, it didn't come with any instructions. After tightening the wire connections and setting the display in in place (it was popped out but still attached) I am comfortable with the quality of the product, but I recommend HPN inspects their products better before shipping them out.

Price is good when free shipping is factored in, but the wait for product to be shipped needs to be factored in when ordering don't order from here if you need your Siser Vinyl right away. Not told on the website that some of your items will be dropped shipped from Siser and not directly from you in a timely manor... It would not be an issue if the consumer was told this up front!

Good shipping and packaging, when press arrived there was a minor tweak that needed to made and I was able to call and give a description of issue, they sent me a video and it was a 5 min fix up and running...great customer service

Item wasn't in stock but really wanted this model heat press. I was updated throughout the process and offered to change my order to a different model that was in stock. The customer service representative was informative about the difference in the models. I decided to wait for my original order and it actually arrived very quickly! One night I received shipping confirmation and tried to check the status. It said no information available yet. The next morning it was on my front porch! Great experience and the press works great!

Very amateur crafter here. I brought vinyl from another site and had so much trouble didnt make one craft. When I ordered this vinyl I got a sample pack and everything I've used so far has turn out great! Will shop again!
