Heat press has great service. I received my Oregon a month ago but haven't been able to use it because the printer is not connecting to my laptop top. I've talked to heat press and sawgrass no one can help get it connected. I think I just need to buy a new laptop

Every time I order from Heat Press Nation I have to expect it will take a week for my order to arrive. I don't pay overnight delivery from other companies and their shipment never takes as long as Heat Press Nation. 5 days maximum and in most cases 3-4 days.

I called because I wanted to get some information about how long it will take to get my Cameo 4. I was told it would take another month. I asked them why is it taking a month when I was told they would start to be sent out at the end of October (I called in October) then to my surprise, the very next day I got a shipping alert saying it was on it's way. It was delivered very fast and it works great!

It was fast and easy, the only thing i would recommend is talking more about the size of the heated area for the different types of hats. I bought hats from another company thinking it would cover edge to edge on the hat.

The product itself is awesome and worth it, the shipping and packing was very good (and i live in hawaii) ordered it on a friday and got it on monday. For hawaii thats fast.

I've bought these items before and shipping time is reasonably fast.

My shipment of mugs seemed to be packaged a different way this time.

I pay $119 for shipping so I'm upset that so many of them came to me broken. I'm hoping to receive of credit of the ones that came to me crack and broken.

I have done much research and came to the conclusion Heat Press Nation was the way to go in getting set up for sublimation printing. So, this was my first purchase and so far everything is going quite smoothly. I am enjoying my Sawgrass 400 Printer and my Chromaluxe Photo Panels. I will be a returning customer.

The products I have used so far have worked as advertised. The problem I had was the items were not labeled at all in the order so I had to guess and sort and try to identify what was what. Did not say which was heat transfer vs permanent etc. otherwise was a good experience.

Order was placed at 10:30am on a Friday Eastern Time but wasnt processed until the following Monday. Received the order the next Friday (7 days). Other than that, the price is great. May be willing to pay shipping elsewhere if the other company is closer.

I purchased a heat press machine. The comparison chart was very helpful in making my decision. I am very satisfied with my purchase and as my business grows I will definitely be upgrading to a swing arm from HPN

Received my order in just two days after ordering it and i great condition. My heatpress was very easy to set up and use.

Was looking for a heat transfer that would be used on dark colors that would blend like the light color transfer I purchased. This wasn't it. But I will keep trying different types until I get the right one.

The service was great, I have not used the equipment yet. However I ordered two different presses and received a manual for only one ( which is not for either of the presses I ordered). But the service was good and I'm sure this problem will be taken care of.

I placed an order while I was out of state needing to make some merch. Never got tracking. Finally, I got an email about how they couldn't ship because my shipping address didn't match my billing address. Would've been nice if they sent it before so I could fix whatever issue. By the time it was fixed, the delivery time frame I would've already been out of state. They couldn't ship to my actual home so I had to cancel my order and then reorder. Of course it takes time to refund money so I was double the money out of my bank account with no product in hand. Way too much of a headache.

Your staff, Allison and Michael, have been so generous with their time and patient with me in answering all my questions. I am going to hpn for my business now because I value the service I have received from your company. Thanks!

Heat press works great. There was a problem during shipping. Machine had a rough ride to our house and the control panel was damaged. But customer service was great and sent me a control board and the heat press works great.
Definitely would purchase from Heat Press Nation with no hesitation.

I have actually not tried my products yet. I ordered the sublimation paper but no instructions came with the paper. Do print on the pink side of the paper or the white...I am guessing the white side.

My only suggestion is to add more instructions with your products.

My order came fast and the press works wonders. When my press came in the digital screen was smashed into the back of the plastic. A little upset with that but it is what it is. Wonderful press overall though!

The vinyl came almost a week later than anticipated. I ordered from a different company and had the same vinyl in 2 days free shipping and a few dollars cheaper. I will be asking for a refund of the vinyl.

I started buying from your company because I like the quality of the cups. However the last shipment of mugs I had 7 broke cups. The cups were singled boxed unlike the first cup shipment. I did get a refund for 4 of the cups but I missed 3 of the cups. A refund does not help when I need to fill an order though. Other than getting the cups to us in one piece we do love the product and had planned to do more business in the future.

You sent me a used press, scratches, blotches and oil on both plates. You new it was used when you sent it to me. It's obvious.I thought I was paying for a new unit.I received a repaired unit very unhappy with heatpressnation.

Was somewhat disappointed in the difference in temperatures across the heating surface. Thought they would be a very tight tolerance in heat temperatures across the surface but it was more than I expected. Right side seems to be around 5+ degrees hotter than the left side.

I have not used the items that I ordered but will be doing so soon. Ordering on line was easy and shipping was fast. So far very pleased with my CraftPro heat press that I received in July. Thanks HPN!

I ordered a 16x24, it even says on receipt. Luckily I called because they said it was showing 16x20 on their end. I would've been annoyed if the wrong one came in. However, I am satisfied with this heat press.

The overall experience was good. The only problem we had was there was no notification that our entire purchase was not going to be shipped at the same time. We had orders to fill and had to wait another week for the second shipment.
