You sent me a used press, scratches, blotches and oil on both plates. You new it was used when you sent it to me. It's obvious.I thought I was paying for a new unit.I received a repaired unit very unhappy with heatpressnation.

Great service. I went to the headquarters to pick up my hat press and learned my T-shirt press was not in stock at the Anaheim location. Customer service was amazing. They took the time to find the nearest location that had the merchandise. Waived the shipping costs and expedited my order. I received the product 3 days later to my location and I was able to begin using the press that very day. I was quite satisfied to say the least. Products are working great to date.

Shopping experience was great. Fast check out. Custom service is great! I had a few questions after the heat press was delivered. I call custom service and they was helpful with every question. Great company.

First time buying a heat press of this size. Very happy with. Took a bit to figure out how to do some of my items. The temp is off a bit on it but I use a heat gun to adjust the temp. Very happy with the heat press

The overall purchase experience is great. The prices of the products are great. However, when you order a product in the morning, you'd expect the product to be shipped quicker than 48-60 hours after purchase.

Order came in a timely manner, very well packed. The transfer paper that came with the heat press is so, so. The quality is inadequate for commercial use. I don't know why only this paper was available as a choice with the heat press purchase. This part was disappointing.

I needed the presses quickly. The website states they are in stock so I ordered and paid to have them shipped via overnight. When they did not arrive after 4 days I was told they are "never" in stock they have to assemble them and ship. You need to be clearer on the website...tell people they are not going to get them via overnight.

I was very excited about my heat press and ok with the price I paid thinking I purchased a good heat press. That was until I actually received it. When I unboxed it there were loose nuts and caps. So I thought ok I'll just put them on. And after using it a few times I see that the plate gets loose so I have to continue tightening the nuts.

It was a wonderful shopping experience on heatpressnation - I was pleased with the refurbished heat press I bought and when it didn't come with a direction booklet I contacted them and received a very quick reply with a link to the entire manual for the heat press. Very pleased with the customer service! Thank you!

Love my heat press machine, but disappointed about the vinyl cutter. The software for my machine is only for contour cutting so its useless to me. So I'm stuck with paying for a machine that doesn't do what I need it do for my business and cat return it to get what I need!

I love heatopressnation.com. They always have what I'm looking for. They offer so many different colors and styles of HPV. Shipping is free with $35 purchase and with so much to choose from I always benefit from that promo. The HPV I order is always the best quality and I have never had issues of uncertainty incorrect orders or delayed shipping. This is the only place I order from now and I share with all my crafting moms. Thank you!

I never received any shipping information I contacted customer service about this and didn't get any response from customer service. I will not be ordering from here again due to the lack of customer service. I asked a simple question to which I didn't get any answer for.

I understand it was the holiday season when I placed my order. However, it should be a way for me to track my order online. My order stayed in the pending status even when my item was delivered. When you call customer service you can never get through. However when I emailed customer service, Ephraim was VERY helpful!

The representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable and also very patient with me. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. I actually called a different company first to purchase this product and their representative rushed through all the information & I had the feeling I was being given the brush off - when I called Heat Press Nation it was a totally different experience and therefore, that is where I bought my Sawgrass printer. I love doing business with this company. The products are hreat and customer service is amazing. Shipping is fast and ordering is easy. I have only had one problem in the last few years of doing business with this wonderful company. One item was left out of my order, I contacted the conpany via email and provided a picture of the box when i opened it and got a quick response the next morning. They quickly sent my missing item. Great company! Will continue to order items for my small shop from them.

Had a rushed order from customer, so i selected over night shipping. Didnt get the product on the 3rd day. I decided to call customer service. The guy promised that i he will ship the order that day. And should arrive in thurs(if i remember correctly) but still arrives another day late. My 1 day shipping(that i paid turned into 5 or 6 days.

I ordered this as I gift. It took over a month to receive my product. I had to purchase an alternate gift because this one didn't make it.
When the package did arrive- it came in a tiny box which was fine. I guess I was expecting it to be a little neater because of the time I had to wait to receive it; but the product was even folded in the box. It looked like a wrinkled old bed sheet just stuffed in. If I would have received my product in a timely manner- I maybe would have over looked it.

The site is well done and easy to use. I am so pleased with my heat press. It was completely assembled, arrived on time and is perfect. Besides being a terrific product, it is so easy to use. Kudos to Heat Press Nation!

It's simple and fast the only thing that bugged me this time was that when I checked the status of my delivery it said it was delivered so I went to the mail box nothing checked the front porch nothing then the next day my order was in the mailbox.

I was really pleased with my whole transaction! The thing that really urged me to buy was the fact that so many people praised the customer service. I felt that if I was in good hands if something happened to my product or if I needed help!

Web site is very easy to navigate and place an order. I did make a phone call to customer service to get some information and did not have a great experience. Was not very knowledgeable and did not offer much help.

Shipped fast, fair prices for low to high end presses. My HPN brand press is good enough for me to start out my small business, despite my nit-picking with the machine I received. Overall I am happy with my purchase, you'd be hard-pressed (no pun intended) to find a much better new machine for the same entry level prices of their own HPN line machines.

This heat press arrived broken and missing screws. I called the company to let them the know the condition the heat press was in when I received it and told them I would be sending it back for a refund. I also emailed pictures of the heat press to the company. Once they received the heat press, they gave me a partial refund. There is no logical reason for me to have received a partial refund when the company sent me a broken product. I called and spoke with a representative and they refused to help. I will never do business with this company again.
