Website is extremely difficult to order from and my online orders never seem to go through. The only suggestion from the customer service is to place my order on the phone which is too time consuming and annoying.

I had to contact the company to get a receipt for my order. I was told I would receive a confirmation of shipment the same day. When I had not received that email, I called again to learn that shipment was delayed because of a backlog of orders.

HeatPress Nation is wonderful. They carry a large variety of the products I need and have the best prices. Their customer care team is amazing. I know I can count on them for all my small business needs. Their reliability is what allowed me to start my small business. I know they have what I need and are local. Their shipping is always fast and delivery is free for my htv orders.

Fast shipping, box and product completely intact. Love the pull out platen, I do wish the shirt could be placed over it facing the proper direction and that the shirt didn't get caught in the springs so often. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase again from HPN!

I was disappointed that it took so long to receive product. I called the company to see what the turn around tie was and I was told it would ship in 5-7 days. I called customer service to see why it was taking so long and I was told that the product was on back order. I never received any communication that the product was on back order before I called customer service. I should have been notified at time of purchase so I could have possibly ordered something that was in stock.

Customer service has been great and the site is very forward and organized. I wouldn't buy from another company. Customer service is so hard to come by these days and they really have it! I know that if i have any questions or problems that i can call and get help!

I found your website very helpful. I planned to buy a cheaper made and priced similar item but after using your website, I realized your product, although smaller than what I was looking for, was far superior than what I had been looking at.

I ordered the MPress 15x15, I've had it for just about a month now and completely love it, was very easy to set up and get started with the instructions that came with it and plenty of videos on the website also! Arrived in a timely manner, no complaints.

Coupon code didn't apply. Tried to get 25% off and free shipping but won't take. Very disappointed! Paid full price and shipping
When we received machine the bolts that are used to secure it for shipping were torqued in so deep we had to ship the wood away to unscrew it. When we tried it was screwed in at an angle and stripped. Hubby was able to fix this with only one trip to the hardware store. Once that was taken care of we plugged it in and nothing! Thank goodness for the trouble shooting part of the book. When we opened the back of the machine not one circuit was plugged in. After everything was plugged in it works fine.

Love the company but wish I had purchased a different press. There wasn't a manual so it was frustrating trying to figure it out. I have to put foam between the hat and platen and the thing that holds the back down isn't very good. I still have to pull hat snug and hold it the whole time. Again, a manual could have shown me how to use the press but now I'm delayed because of searching for institutional videos on YouTube

I like the features like the slide out drawer to apply garments so that your hand are away from the heat and auto open so that you can multitask. I have not used it yet but it was well packaged and looks brand new. Thank you!

The shipping was fast. The product was not what I expected. I expected a tough, sturdy industrial type fabric. What I received was a soft t-shirt style cotton fabric. I will be calling to see if I can exchange it for the correct product.

Great customer service, Great products for a great price. Website could be a little more user friendly. Search makes it easy to locate products, but for browsing categories could be organized a little better.

I think the heat press will work just fine once I remember to watch the heat setting. I did 2 shirts and temp dropped so had to wait for it to heat back to my setting. Other that that it worked great!

It was a rough start, first time buyer and did not really understand why the press would not heat up and instructions did not specify to keep settings on LO position for it to heat up. Customer service was very helpful and i am very satisfied with the purchase. I can't wait to use the other accessories that came with pkg.

When we received the press, the control panel was popped out and one of the circuit boards was laying in the box. We had to place that in the machine and pop the control panel in. Everything seems to be working.

The price is the best I could find. However the shipping time was too long. It was well over a week from the time I ordered till the time I got the product. Actually I got this survey before my product was even delivered which is weird

I called back about SubThat a new product that allows you to place sublimation paper on virtually anything and the person I spoke to said you guys dont carry this product. It would be a good idea if you guys did and that way it appears that you guys are keeping up with demand of new products.

Easy to order and it was filled quickly. I wish there was a better way to package the product. I think the problem is inherent because of the shape of the ornaments, the pressure in the middle. Easy to sublimate.

I haven't used anything yet. I want to get everything first. This is my first time getting anything like this. I want to learn a side business. I think this will be a great business for after my retirement.

So far so good. The machines I ordered came packaged well and are working like they should. The mugs were also packaged really well and so far I haven't discovered any broken ones. Still waiting to hear from someone regarding a Siser vinyl color difference. I ordered electric cranberry and got electric grape, I think, it's not red, but purple. Other than that a good experience so far.
