Item came missing pcs, 4 nuts and the instruction manual. Had to call hix and ask them to email me a copy. They were surprised, In the end got it up and running. Order was missing tracking so was unable to track order.

The vinyl was a good price and quality and delivery is fast but the size was not correct. The vinyl was less than 10" which threw my calculations off and I had to use more vinly than I ordered. So I had to go to a local vinyl store and buy more to complete my project.

The only issue I had with the press was the bolts holding the press to the bottom board that it was shipped with were stripped and was difficult to remove. Other than that, the functions of the press and use of the press has been easy and great to use. I'd highly recommend this press for new comers, like myself.

The heat press I ordered was exactly what I needed. I would have liked a dvd with it for instructions instead of the booklet. The videos I have found online aren't very helpful. But overall I figured out how to work it and it performs great with HTV that I use on T-shirts.

I was exchanging my heat press because the new one I bought did not work properly. Customer service was horrible. They did not return my email when they said they would. They did not call me back when they said they would.

I've been using HeatPress Nation for a few years as a supplier for my small T-shirt business. They have been most helpful with equipment issues (few and far between), always courteous, and their pricing is most competitive.

I wish that I had a little more assistance from the customer service rep. Since I was new, If that had asked questions, like if I am looking for hobby or larger production equipment. I feel I would have made different buying options. Now, I feel like I am somewhat stuck with my purchases, as because I was not satisfied with one of the pieces of equipment I received. I had a loop to the other company, then back to HPN. So, I decided to bite the bullet, and go with you win some you lose some. I purchased another machine from a different company. I do like my heat press I received. The one I wanted was not in stock. I did not want to wait, so I purchased a slight downgrade. The reps seem to have a nice and friendly tone when speaking. Happy that I was able to speak to them with no language barriers.

The shipping time is a bit slow it seems, but I temper that opinion a bit as it is coming cross country to Florida. Other than that, HPN has been great to work with. Their customer service had been stellar.

First time ordering from HPN. Contacted customer service to confirm delivery times and pricing. Friendly, helpful service, and competitive pricing. My items arrived exactly when expected, and with the quality expected. Will definitely order from them again!

Love my CraftPro. Easy to handle, no loud continuous beeping, and the plate slides out making it easier to center shirts. Best part was the fast shipping. My original heatpress went out so I was super happy with how quickly the new one was delivered.

I meant to out 5 stars on everything except price on the originial review. It's great to know that Free Shipping is offered on orders of Siser over $35. I will continue to do business through you guys!

This was my 3rd purchase with you. I love the fact I can call and get advice on what would work best for me and my bunisess. Prices are great and they all shipped and were received quickly. Definitely my go to spot for all my heat press needs. Thanks!

Super fast to buy, I prefer PayPal and you have it...so for me it's great.
I normally buy Siser Glitter, and you have Free Shipping buying $34 or more,
Although it's ground shipping it arrives so fast.
I have no complaints with heatpressnation.com service.

It was a little frustrating having to enable the cookies; then once I got to check out I had to try 3 times before it would take. I kept getting an error saying check the password. Just a tad bit frustrating. I finally just turned off the create an account option.
I received an email asking if my product had been delivered and at the time it hadn't. Then it told me if I hadn't got it to wait 24-48 hrs before calling. I must say the ordering process was a tad bit frustrating, I just hope the machine works to the ability the reviews says it will.

I have found Heat Press Nation to be more than helpful when I have a question. They site is easy to use, quick to order and I appreciate that they keep me informed of receiving my order, shipping it and providing a tracking number!

I understand mistakes happen and did get a little agitated that I contacted customer support and was initially told there was no error on the order, then after proving there was an error asked to contact someone else within your company.

I felt the appropriate solution would be to have the correct representative from your team reach out to me after insinuating that I was in the wrong which I was not, then asking me to chase down someone else withing your company.

Overall the product was as stated and I am happy with the purchase. I am only giving feedback for your internal use so please don't feel the need to post it because I feel this is an issue that can be resolved and not affect future business.

In the end, if the mistake was made on your company's end I am not sure why the customer must jump through hoops to get the product they paid for is all. I hope this helps.

I really hate how long it takes to receive my products and my last two shipments have been wrong and instead of when i place my orders online instead of someone notifying me that they didn't have the colors I ordered I find out a week later when my shipment arrives and it sets me back a week and a half please helpm

The packing looks good but, after openning I've noticed two corners of most sheets are bent. I had same issue before and it causes printer to jam or the bent corners would touch the print head every pass it makes. This causes smear ink on some of the patterns. In the past I had to stop the printer completely before finishing the sheet and reaching the corners. I've' had to check each sheet before fiddling it to the printer and bent those corners to the opposite side by hand to eliminate the problem. I have to do the same thing with this order. I can send you photos to see for yourself.

Overall, my experience was less than ok. I was truly disappointed with the shipping experience. I contacted this company several times via chat, and email to see what was taking so long for my order to arrive. I was told that it was my shipping address needed to be verified, however no call/voicemail or email was sent to me regarding my address.
I made a second order on 7-14-18 (directly after my first order) and I am STILL waiting for this second order to arrive it has almost been 1 month.

So far everything I bought has been in good shape except one product that just wasn't working at all. The product is siser easysubli mask, it doesn't pick up any of my images. Ive tried many different methods & nothing worked.

I did not buy my printer from HPN because I found a much better price and because it wasn't an exact match to their package, they didn't honor the price match. Other than that, very pleased overall with the Mug Press and Sublimaion papery. Easy to use. This is my first venture into sublimation. I've been Screen Printing for over 12 years.

Wheb I ordered my heat press was back ordered so i did not get it before Christmas but I was ok with that. Customer service called me and told me when they were getting them back in stock and when it would ship. So far I'm happy with the heat press, have only done 3 shirts so far but I'm loving it.

Since it's my first time using product, the price for the learning curve isn't in my budget, with less than 50% success, it gets frustrating trying to get it right, good thing it wasn't for a customer. Hope to get it right with what I have left.
