Bad Bad I had to cancel this because it would not have arrived in time. I called to check on my order and HPN was sending the wrong color. After speaking with the rep I discovered HPN doesn't even stock the vinyl I needed and it would have taken even longer to get. The rep was so wishy washy on this and basically not being upfront so even though I've been dealing with HPN for years I will NO longer be using HPN as a vendor

I'd ordered a refurbished silhouette cameo and when they determined through QA testing that it wasn't meeting standards they very kindly upgraded me to a brand new machine at no additional cost! They reached out to me to arrange this. I love and appreciate companies with this level of care and honesty. I absolutely would purchase from them again!

The delivery people put my heat press at my back door hidden from the road, my road is pretty much almost a private road, and had it were basically nobody could see it, I appreciate that very much. I have the product unpacked, it looks to be in good shape, but I still have yet to use it because I am still in the process of moving and getting some details in Indiana taken care of. I like the accuracy of the SurePressure gauge. The press got here quickly and undamaged. The platen cover is great to keep things from sliding around. Really happy with our press and we have used it from Day One!

I was having trouble with my computer connecting to my Specialist. I called the help number and they determined the problem within two minutes of discussion. They sent me a new board which was easy to replace following the instructions in the email they sent. I couldn't be happier with the response time!

Once I received the correct heat press things have been great. It works as advertised.

Always professional, helpful, and makes kidding a breeze

The website is easy to use. The tracking was easy. I left a not for the Fedex driver. They followed it to the T. The box was in great shape. The box was HEAVY. The set up was SUPER EASY. I have only used it a couple of times. VERY EASY TO USE. I LOVE THE PULL OUT TRAY AND THE AUTO OPEN.
Customer Service answered my one and only one question within seconds of me asking it.
