I hate this heat press & wish I wouldn't have spent money on it! Yes, it's a swing out… but doesn't swing out far enough, so it slows you down and you almost burn your hand each time!
I'd ordered a refurbished silhouette cameo and when they determined through QA testing that it wasn't meeting standards they very kindly upgraded me to a brand new machine at no additional cost! They reached out to me to arrange this. I love and appreciate companies with this level of care and honesty. I absolutely would purchase from them again!

The delivery people put my heat press at my back door hidden from the road, my road is pretty much almost a private road, and had it were basically nobody could see it, I appreciate that very much. I have the product unpacked, it looks to be in good shape, but I still have yet to use it because I am still in the process of moving and getting some details in Indiana taken care of. Absolutely love the printer. Having a few problems with getting the Print Manager installed. I'm sure I'll get it. But im happy with my purchase.
Placed an order during black Friday on sublimation ink. Waited over three weeks for one color to arrive. I needed to exchange it and was told they don't except exchanges. That I could return it but it would cost me $15 and then I would have to re-order at full price.
This was my second engagement with this company. I should have known better after purchasing a heat press barely used after 14 months it failed and was told there is no warranty. Money grab and go philosophy. Buyer beware
I ordered ez off because of videos I seen and being recommended to clean heat press ever so many months depending on usage. I have had mine for a while and never cleaned. I haven't tried yet due to allergies waiting for help from husband.
I got parchment paper because I messed up and have used my Teflon sheets which now have unseen designs that come on to items pressing. My first t-shirt job pressure not hard it was medium pressure. But seems lines in paper come through. Hopefully I will get the hang of it soon. I know it's me as seen lots of people use parchment paper no problem.
This particular company has one of the worst return policies. Just ordered paper (sublimation) the first time, paper came in damaged but I used because I was in a rush. Ordered again, and came in same shape damaged from the corner.
To request a return or refund you need to email them and they will give a ton of excuses in order to accept the product.
I gave up with them, they can keep my money, Just no more business for them.
I was having trouble with my computer connecting to my Specialist. I called the help number and they determined the problem within two minutes of discussion. They sent me a new board which was easy to replace following the instructions in the email they sent. I couldn't be happier with the response time!
I like the accuracy of the SurePressure gauge. The press got here quickly and undamaged. The platen cover is great to keep things from sliding around. Really happy with our press and we have used it from Day One!
Received perfectly pack no damage, it's exactly as described, and there are glitches but it's a learning curve
I've was gifted a Sawgrass SG500 years ago without the ink. It's so expensive! But I snagged them on sale, and now the last few days, I have been booming with orders. This machine, your ink, creates beautiful work. Quick order and delivery. Great product. Thanks!
I have tried several times to watch the Master classes that I paid for and cannot locate any files except those that are not available yet. I am new to this and really like what I've learned so far from YouTube sessions and want to get better at sublimating.
I am disgusted with this company. I ordered a sublimation printer and it arrived broken with loose pieces. To top it all off, I did not received what I ordered on the site. I opted for the bundle which included ink and paper at a slightly higher price. When the order was sent, the invoice indicted that I purchased a kit at the higher price! So no paper and no ink. Was told these would arrive separate from the printer by one representative, and was told it should have been in the box by another representative. Wow. Beware!
Not a professional company. I previously had a partnership and would order from another company in the east coast. I am opening my own business and decided to go with a company closer to me and after research decided on Heat Press Nation. I placed a big order and after a week did not receive order or call about my order. I called to complain and they ended up sending next day but not complete order. I had to be calling because they will not get back to me. I had never experienced anything like this. If an item is on backorder you let your customer know and give them an estimated time. Well I was the one calling until they gave me news on item but at that time had lost clients because did not have main item the heat press. Now I am working on returning everything as I am very upset for loosing customers. I will be going back with old company (Pro World) as I never had issues with them and customer service was great would always call if something was delayed.
I always order vinyl from heat press nation and it's the best. I'm a beginner at heat pressing my clothing brand and love the vinyl. Gonna try the puff vinyl next and give another review super recommended!
I received my order and unfortunately some of the mugs I received had some serious flaws. I contacted the customer service department and sent them pictures of the mugs that were flawed and they compensated me for the flawed mugs. I will gladly order more mugs from Heat Press Nation.
Bad Bad I had to cancel this because it would not have arrived in time. I called to check on my order and HPN was sending the wrong color. After speaking with the rep I discovered HPN doesn't even stock the vinyl I needed and it would have taken even longer to get. The rep was so wishy washy on this and basically not being upfront so even though I've been dealing with HPN for years I will NO longer be using HPN as a vendor
I had a bad reviewed of a heat press here. BUT, HeatPressNation after refusing to exchange it, offered a return(at my expense over $100.00 to ship). It is a CraftPro model. After some calibration I have it working great. I did buy a bigger press for my large projects but, this little press is so much easier to use and I get great results. I'll be keeping it for my smaller projects.
Good. Service, good products, reasonable prices, just Sawgrass ink expensive for one. Would like to have different metal clipboards in sublimation, been looking for one to give as a gift for my nephews.
