After purchasing a Signature Series Mug Presses from HPN in November of 2020, it stopped heating correctly. I contacted HPN and had the "luck" of getting a technician by the name of Cristian M.

Cristian spent almost a month with me, back and forth, asking questions, sending new parts, diagnosing from afar, and then sending videos for me to install the parts.

His patience, persistence, and experience, ultimately let him detect the problem and sent parts to resolve the issue.

Most companies would have you send it back and not want to make it a bit easier on the customer. I am thrilled to have been able to fix it at my house, and not waste all the time packing it, etc.

Cristian, in my opinion, went well beyond the call of duty in answering emails very quickly, responding with whatever info I asked for timely, and basically walked me through it at any pace I needed to go.

I have spent a lot of money at HPN with purchasing my presses, Sawgrass Printer, all types of mugs, sublimation ink and paper, heat tape, etc., etc. However, I feel like they try to help, answer questions, and respond in a timely fashion when I have needed answers or guidance in product selection.

There are lots of options out there to get the same products, but the most valuable asset a company has is Quality Customer Service, and I did receive that 100%.

It does the job and makes multiple tasks much easier and quicker. Mine doesn't want to hold my chosen temp setting consistently, fluctuates 5-10 degrees hotter. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind when exact temperature matters.

I always have a good experience when ordering and if something is wrong customer services helps right away. The time it takes for products to be shipped is kind of long but other than that good experiences

Shipping cost are confusing on this website. It always says something more expensive which makes me not want to complete the transaction. So if $29.95 is accurate shipping fees for items that are 10.00 than I won't be shopping with you guys again. This sucks because I like your prices.

It's not often that people help you make the right choices.
Especially considering what we can do with our irons (or finding a new one!).
These people know their stuff and are genuinely into it, helpful, respectful (of my ignorance at least) and responsive.

You charged my card two weeks before sending anything out. Then shipped it in two different shipments a week apart without any notification. This would be against the law if your company was located in Minnesota.

Absolutely love my Signature Series Heat Press. The slide out drawer, makes pressing a breeze. I no longer have to worry about burning myself.

So far so good, just need more description on the product especially for beginners, so people know what they are getting, or should I say make it simple as if 3 year old would be able to understand. Rather than that very good service.

Made contact with customer service and on short notice turned around a refurbished unit so it could be shipped out in time to receive it by Christmas. They made it happen.

No operators manual but with the internet that was not an issue. I think my wife received 2 copies when she posted she needed one.

Love the product. Takes a bit long for delivery. I often order the 10 inch rolls and sometimes they are cut to 9.5 inches which sometimes is frustrating. Will definitely be ordering again. Great selection in colors!

Customer Service is fabulous. The representative that assisted me was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy any particular heat press but recommendations with pros and cons were given.

I ordered the Silhouette Cameo 3 along with some accessories. Everything arrived just as ordered. Shipping took about 2 1/2 weeks. That was a little slow in my opinion. But overall very good customer service.
