The website needs a more clear notification of products on back order. I was ordering for a job that was coming my way and 2 of the 3 rolls were shipper/delivered. The other just showed as processing and it was only that I sent a note to support was I told it was on back order and would be shipped in the following weeks. Luckily I was able to push back my order so I didn't have to buy vinyl elsewhere.

Other than that I couldn't be happier.

I made 2 seperate purchases
The first indicated 30% off on the vinyl I selected, because it was on sale... But I did not receive the discount. The second one... Sale price was honored at checkout. Overall happy with the heat transfer vinyl. Shipping was on time. Will order again.

Delivery took longer than expected. But when it finally arrived it was packaged perfectly and easy to set up. Works great. I love it so far! Had to call customer service first day because my machine beeped constantly! Wouldn't stop!
They told me to open the clamshell lid and leave it open unless in use. The beeping stopped immediately. My bad lol

Site is very easy to use! I had mild panic when I hadn't received it and called customer service who profoundly apologized that it was still not shipped -- but it was home when i got there that afternoon!

The customer service is the way it is suppose to be. They responded quickly and wanted to be sure if I had any more questions to contact them. The only negative thing I can say is that I was suppose the get an owner's manual booklet with the press and it wasn't in the box. I emailed them asking for them to send me the booklet. They apologized and sent me a digital manual via email. I am waiting on the hard copy. The press is well worth the expense. I love everything about it. Definitely recommend it and would buy it again.

Fast, attentive service. Prompt response to the dissatisfaction I had with the heat press covers. Other items and services I have gotten from this company have been stellar. These press covers, though...yikes.

The first case of cups we ordered were packed perfect not one broke cup. The cups were all very nice too. The 2nd case there were 7 broke cups. The boxed cups were not packed the same as the first case. I don't want to change companies over this but I am rethinking buying again from Heat Press Nation if the cups are not packed for shipping more carefully.

There was a problem with the shipping (order got lost when changing shipping companies) and when notified that I hadn't received my product, product was shipped overnight and I was refunded my shipping cost, even though I said they didn't need to do that, that I understood things happen.

I have full confidence in the quality and durability in the Stalh's Maxx Heat Press I ordered. I do have a little trouble reconciling the price with its features, or lack thereof. The lack of pressure gauge being the biggest disappointment. I thought this would be standard, and I did research - unfortunately, I took this for granted as standard. I swing away, or pull out I now realize makes a world of difference, not to mention having a platen whose base was out of the way enough to slide a t-shirt onto so that only the front or back of t-shirt was being pressed. Nevertheless, being a purist that I am, I can appreciate the current difficulties and realize I purchased a classic clam-shell heat press with all its challenges and skill required to master. I'm down with that.

Whatever changed with this siser easy stretch is not good and will not cut properly. I just finished a previous roll before receiving this one that was fine and cut good. Quality of this HTV is horrible. It feels different and is not cutting properly at all.

I researched heat press machines on many sites and kept returning to HPN. I wanted to make sure that I was getting a quality machine but with warranty and service if necessary. So far, I am pleased with my product. It was delivered in good time. I have used it a few times, but plan to start a small business with my heat press -- so hopefully it will hold up to be the work horse that I plan it to be.

Great website, easy to navigate and tons of choices. I specifically purchased from HPN because of their reviews. I wanted at least a year warranty and customer service. There were tons of places that sell HP at lower prices but none offered a year warranty in my price range and I DON'T want to call with a problem and be told that, " I'm sorry; I can't assist you; you need to contact the manufacturer".

Very informative and easy to maneuver through website! I absolutely love my heat press! It is such a great back saver! The drawer pulls out further than I anticipated and I can not be more happy with this purchase. The delivery time was fantastic and it was easy to set up and get started! I have a business that I'm trying to run and waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery is pathetic. I contacted the company and was told a lie that it had already been shipped out which it wasn't b/c I received notification the next day that it had been shipped.

The heat press is swing away and does not line up with the platen well. Adequate heat and pressure still allow for smooth application. It appears that the cords that go from the heated platen to the electric case do not allow it to line up properly and it is not attached tightly to the pressure arm so when swinging the heated platen swings from side to side which some may consider a safety concern considering it gets significantly hot

I wasn't satisfied because I ordered on Monday and on Thursday my order still wasn't shipped. I would have been more understanding if I was informed once you guys realized that you couldn't ship my order. In that case I had options to go somewhere else or wait. Plus I could've let my customers know there will be a delay on there order

I didn't get what I thought I was getting... I needed a wireless colored printer and I got the total opposite... I may have overlooked the details or the advertisement may have been misleading I'm not sure. Anyway I'm stuck with what I got and be making payments for the next year!
If you check my correspondence with Heatpress Nation you'll see I've had issues and I'm still not a happy camper!

Shipping was super fast especially with it being Black Friday. I was so glad I waited until Black Friday, they had the 16x20 drawer auto open on sale that I had been wanting to get. The heat press was well packaged and I can't wait to use this machine more so I can give a better review!

I loved the product but shipping takes too long. Also would suggest adding a 'colorful' package where the product would have several sheets of vinyl in various colors. I think a lot of people would like that.

Customer service is excellent. I had to contact them a few times and they were extremely helpful.

My first heat press wasn't working properly. I had to troubleshoot it with customer service and had a new part delivered but nothing worked. They shipped me a new one and it worked for about half an hour before it had the same issues. I took the machine apart and removed excess glue from one of the connectors and so far it's working well.

I ordered the transfer paper sample pack and was satisfied with the delivery time and the samples. I've tried them all and each one has produced a beautiful transfer. Will certainly continue purchasing transfer paper from HPN.

I am very pleased with the machine and Heat Press Nation service. I saw the same machine online for $25.00 less. Decided to pay the extra money for HPN's solid reputation of outstanding service. Glad I did.

Before I purchased my Heat Press I called customer service to make sure I was buying the one that would fit my needs. The service was great I told him what I was going to use it for and he made a suggestion to what would be good for me. So far so good!

Quick and easy ordering, but the item T-Square doesn't work with a 16x20 Clam shell heat press, only works with a swing away type press. Was disappointed with this, because if I want to use it I have to purchase another press.
