Heatpress Nation is awesome. Customer service is great and the people that help out with technical questions or help with printing something are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are local which is even better.

The customer services are amazing. I ordered my package a week before Christmas and the estimated delivery wasn't going to be until a week after Christmas and I needed it before Christmas, so I call the customer and they were able to work with me and made sure it came in before Christmas. When I first got my order I opened the box and the heat press was broken. I guess it happened during the shipping process. This was a big disappointment but all the resp were very nice and arranged the return shipping on the broken one and had a new one out. The added extra week before I had a working press was annoying but the reps made the process very smooth. I received my new press and it works great.

The products have all been fantastic for our business. I only wish the wait time for the back ordered heat press hadn't taken so long.

I will continue to shop with Heat Nation for all my heat pressing needs!

I have contacted HPN multiple times because I did not receive a manual with my product so I have no idea how to use it. The manual that they ended up emailing to me was not for the model that I have. I have tried to get a correct manual but have not received a response.
I would have given all 5 stars if this issue could be addressed. I will likely be returning the machine if this is not resolved soon.

I bought the HPN series mugs press as a backup to where I use it more than my original press from a different company. It is very easy to setup and also easy to use. I recommend this product for beginner's and novice.

Issues selecting siser easyweed color. When you clicked to see the color or even just scrolled over it the color box would pop up and then not close when you selected another color. At one time there were 3 open and I could not see the other colors and almost ordered the wrong color bc of it. Other wise everything was fast and easy

When I placed my order, I thought I was ordering the heat press that slid out for easy loading. That is not what I receiced. The one I received just opens upward. It is very hard to load tshirts when it is hot.

Not sure if HPN will receive this but I actually was shorted one of the mug wraps. I called and spoke to someone there when the package arrived and reported the missing item. He said they would get one right out. I still have not received it. I do thank you for the survey note as it reminded me of that fact.
I would be happy to fill out another survey once I get all of my items.

Products were great, the website didn't totally work for me and I didn't get an email saying my stuff shipped so I was suprised when I got it but very happy that I'm making progress towards starting my business!

I feel like I got what I paid for. I wanted a press that came from a company so if there was an issue I had somewhere with real people to contact (instead of the anonomous nature of -Amazon). I knew the features I wanted and I feel like this is a better quality machine. It was packaged up very well. I paid more for this press than I had for a different press I purchased off Amazon. That other press only lasted one year. I'm happy with my purchase and I'm happy to support a US based company.

The Plotter is not communicating between the program and the machine. I am currently talking with technical support but it is taking awhile to get a response to solve the problem. I sent an email to Vinyl Systems on Monday with no response from them. I then sent an email to Heatpress Nation Thursday and got a response that night, I emailed back and have yet to get a response

Really Good costumer service! When i called to get a status on my order they were on point with everything. They told me it would ship out that same day n arrive withing 2 to 3 business day and it did! My order took a little bit to ship due to back order but what can I say, it was during the holidays. Overall very happy costumer here n it sure be my last! Thanks HPN!

This is my sencond piece of equipment that I have ordered from this company. I brought a 26 by 24 heat press back in March of this year and it runs and work very well. This is good company and very helpful.

I didn't receive a shipping notice because it was shipped by a 3rd party vendor. When I ordered the item I got an email saying I would get a shipping notice so I had to reach out to find out when/if it was shipped. I would have preferred to get the notice without asking.

I felt like the manual was lacking information, specifically about the timer and general "how to" use this product. However, the product is awesome and I chose HPN because of their customer service and product.

I had a bad experience with customer sevice. One time they hung up and when I called back. They acted like the call dropped. I think it was, because I was asking questions. However, they did not have to be rude.
The second thing I had a issue with was the website. I tried to order something and when I went to my cart to order, it said out of stock. I called customer service and they said it was in stock and I can go back to the website and order again. When I tried to order again the same thing happened. And it would not let me order. I did not want call back and wait 15 to 20 mins on hold again. So I just left it.
I order a heat press from you as well. It came with very little instructions.

Heat Press Nation came highly recommended but they have yet to live up to the hype, I am very disappointed with their services. I ordered the Sawgrass SG1000 in May 26,2020 and received my printer on June 11,2020, needless to say I was overjoyed to be receiving my printer but was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and there was no installation kit included. I contacted the company and was told by the Customer Service Representative that they received the printers without the ink and they knew I was eager to receive my printer so they shipped it out the printer without the ink (1st Lie) but I would receive the ink on Saturday June 13,2020 but that was another lie, it never came, I called a few times throughout the week, no one could give me a definite answer or provide a tracking number for my ink, I requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told he would give me a call but to no avail, I was told that the Supervisor is having my ink shipped overnight but still no ink.(another Lie) I contacted the company again today, I was on hold for an hour and eleven minutes only to speak with a representative to be told, my ink was shipped out but I won't receive it until Wednesday June 24,2020. I am outraged, I have missed out on so much business because of this, I will no longer do business with Heat Press Nation because I don't feel I'm being properly compensated for my troubles.

I would have given you all 5 stars but my whole order wasn't in my package. I understand you run out of inventory. That's not the problem. The problem is I feel like I should have received an email saying the vinyl was out of stock and we will get it to you as soon as possible or would you like a refund. Just something via email instead of when I opened my package and on the order form it just said oos. Thank you for your prompt delivery and the other vinyl is beautiful.

Hey my only issue was that I wasn't willing to go unplugging things to get the upper cover on. I needed to get thru baseball season and a 5K. So any suggestions would be great. I am sure it's so easy I'll be embarrassed. Everything else A++

I purchased this press as a last minute add on to an order. I like the fact that is a hat press and a label press as I used the flat platens to press HTV onto ribbons. I only wish that the clamp worked with visors which is why I needed this.

I did not recieve my complete order in a timely manner. One item was sent over 2 weeks later than the rest of my order. There was no communication as to why (backorder, etc).

I had to send an email asking for a refund for it to suddenly arrive two days later. When it did arrive, I received items from someone else's order with mine. I had to call to let them know that they needed to send out the order for the other customer. I was told to keep the items from the other order.

All in all, great products, but there seems to be a need for fine tuning of the processes in preparing and sending orders.

I was having problems with the heat press leaving pocket marks on hoodies and this solved the issue. I was heat pressing a duffle bag that had multiple layers and uneven surfaces, the heat press pillows made this job a breeze!

I can't say enough about my experience with HPN...it was great! I had a big order of t-shirts to do and was in a hurry to get my new heat press so i sent a message asking that they please rush the order. I was contacted immediately and informed that he (Estevan) had sent a message to the facility and asked them to please rush my order. They did! I got it very quickly! Also, every time I have had a question it has been responded to very quickly and the person has always been very helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
