I placed my order knowing that the heat press was backordered and wouldn't ship for a week or so. I was told on a Monday that the shipment had arrived and my press would go out no later than Tuesday after the shipment had been processed into inventory. On Wednesday, no tracking, order still listed as processing. I called and was told there were issues with inventory management, but that my order would be marked priority and they'd get it out that day. I found that my order didn't ship until late on Friday and arrived at my house the following Wednesday. When I received my order, one of the shipping screws was literally stripped in the hole and just spun when I tried to remove it. Contacting customer service only told me that sometimes that happens and I'd have to use a wrench to remove it, not a screwdriver (as if I hadn't already tried that). Fortunately, my husband is resourceful and got the screw out without damaging the threads as that's where the feet are.

I ordered these sheets and received the wrong item. I got the premium dark inkjet and the dark inkjet. I e-mailed and received a response the following day and they did everything they could to fix the issue. They overnighted the right item and sent me a label to send back the wrong item. When I responded via e-mail they then called me to see if there was anything they could do. Accidents happen and they reacted very well.

I did not receive a tracking number for my order. When I called I was told my order was coming from the manufacturer. I was told they would be contacted and I would get an emailwith the tracking number and I never did. I lost a sales because I could not say when they were coming or if the were coming.

Ordered heat vinyl on November 20th, took over two weeks to get here. Contracted help support which told me that what I ordered was on back ordered but he had what I needed in stock at his shop and that he would ship next day with my ordered. That did not happened and he wouldn't answer my emails. I will not ordered from this wedsite again!

The last order from HPN was some siser HTV vinly. Purchased 10 yards. Was a lil disappointed that I received 2 5 yard rolls instead of a 10 yard roll.
One of the rolls was about 1/2 yard short of 5 yards but I blamed siser for that not HPN. Shipping was a lil slow but I blame myself for going ground. But that's what the client paid for.

I have used HPN before and very satisfied. This last time was a lil disappointing but I would definitely use them again

I love HPN! Ordering is so easy, shipping is super fast. The customer service is superior, compared to other companies I have used. The selection of products is vast and I find that if HPN has what I need I always buy from them.

I had been waiting for the Craft Pro 15x15 to get back in stock and signed up for the restock alert. As soon as I received the email, I ordered and it arrived at my house 3 days later. I couldn't be happier with the delivery, or the press itself. Thank you HPN!

Great quality however a bit pricey considering the other options out there. Upon initial inspection of the unit, I noticed several things that worried me that it was used before and I received a returned product. It had a green wire pinched between the housing and bottom plate, as well as some cotton type material coming out of the heat plate housing, and oil/lubricant spilled on the top. I did use the basic tshirt press option and it worked great. Havent used any of the other heat options yet (hats/cups/etc...) Fingers crossed I don't have any issues in the future considering what I found during the unboxing alone. My coworker convinced me to go with thisbconpany because of their customer service she swore by them, so I took a chance.

My experience was not good. I wish I had gone with the competition. Not sure what it would cost to ship them back (too much I'm guessing) but I feel like I made a mistake. Was told on phone the quality of your products was better than your competition. Both units I ordered arrived damaged. I wasn't notified when they shipped in your online system or by email and I was away from home because I checked online and thye showed pending not shipped. The online ordering process was fine, your website works well tho I was told that you had refurbished units in the size I wanted (15x15) but they were not online or available to order. I have had nothing but issues all along the way and wish I went with the competition. If you want to make this right contact me. I wanted the 15x15 until, swap them out and give me one that is broken in the size I wanted not the one you had in stock.

I bought a signature series heat press and a vinyl systems evo vinyl cutter. I was mistakenly sent the wrong cutter and heatpressnation was extremely fast to resolve the issue. I almost had the correct one at my door before the fedex guy picked up the incorrect one to take back. Would reccomend heatpressnation amyday

Great product. Loved it and the transfer was great. Only problem was areas weren't trimmed well and some transfers were ruined because we didn't catch it. Little bummed because we went back to all 50 of our pieces and there was a little bit of pieces on each we had to hand cut.

Heatpressnation did everthing they could to make sure i recieved my order in good condition. Fedex made it difficult by delivering my package to a neighbor that doesnt even live there most of the time. It sat through a snowstorm befire i realized where it went. Thank goodness heatpressnation packs well. Everthing was nice and dry!

Heat Press Nation has been a great company to work with. I created a spreadsheet with about 8 different companies on it and their prices on the same/comparable items to find the company that offers the best prices in general. HPN won over all of them. There were more better priced items in their spreadsheet column than any other company! I placed my order with them and have been very happy with PRICE and SERVICE!

Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery was on time. I purchased the 15x15 auto-open with slide out drawer heatpress. I have only had it for 2 months and have used it many, many times. I have had my share of errors but it was not the product, it was me learning how to set it to the right tension for what I was doing. It is the perfect size for t-shirts, pillow covers, computer sleeves and more. I use it for heat transfer vinyl and sublimation. I will say, it does get really hot so the room you are working in may get a bit warm.

I ordered the product, but then afterwards I got a message stating that the product was on back order and would be arriving late. Once I got it I realized it was useless for HTV, but the product was advertised as the perfect tool for designing all t-shirts. I thought maybe there was something I missed, so I read on the instructions that there was a video I could watch; I went to the site and it wasn't working. Just really disappointed in this product.

Ordering and delivery were seamless. All my items arrived in tact. I appreciate the insrtuction sheet for the subli-flex 202 and the pressing instructions on the site. Your website is very resourceful and I have learned so much!
*Im having trouble getting the forever subli-flex 202 to adhear to any fabric. Im using an Epson stylus c88+ conversion system and following the pressing instructions exactly.
I do live in a climate that is a little more humid, should I pre press longer to get the moisture out?

My review is only based on my buying experience and not the product. I haven't had sufficient time with the product to give a good review. I will add that later. My experience however with the process of buying was less than par. I purchased it in mid November and received my product just a few days before Christmas. There was an issue with verifying my account, however no one from HPN reached out to me. I had to reach out 2 times by email no 2 times by phone before I received an explanation. I was displeased that I had to reach out to find out why my order wasn't processing. They took the money out of the account then ignored my inquiries for a week before someone finally helped. I figured once that was resolved the press would ship. Well it took another 2 weeks from that point for the press to actually ship. So one star for service. Which is unusual given that the reason I went with HPN was based off all the good costumer service reviews. Hopefully the product will make up for it.

I love Heat Press Nation, and use them regularly for equipment and some vinyl. I wish the vinyl pricing was a bit better, compared to Hi Tech Graphics in Buena Park, which has a lower free shipping minimum, often 10% discounts on total order from Facebook code, and reward points (1 point for $ equivalent) to lower total even more.

Haven't used this press yet. I will be opening and using very soon.

Overall experience was good. Product is only 19.5 inches in width however and states it is 20in. Which is a little dissapointing considering I have a 10in design and will only be able to get one out of the width.

The complete process went fine. Each of the people I talked to at HeatPress were very nice and informative. I was helped through the process from start to finish and their follow up was great. Thank you Samantha and Kristopher.

Some of the siser easy weed htv was just that, easy weed & good stuff.
A few rolls i recieved were beyond tough to weed let alone use! I just tossed them cause they were trash quality, impossible to weed and wouldn't transfer after one press

Love Heat Press Nation. Found them while researching a quality heat press after trying to buy a cheap one from Ebay. Cheap one from Ebay lasted exactly 45 days before breaking down - wish I had shopped Heat Press Nation first.
