My God, you guys are slow shipping things out. Days after I placed my order, you hadn't shipped my order, but I'd already received an order I placed with a competitor of yours after placing the order with you. I then canceled part of my order with you and reordered with a competitor and got that before I got the remainder of the order I placed with you. And one of the two things I received from you was defective and had to be replaced. Never again! That was my one and only order with you!

For convenience, I made two purchases with you, I called to be sure that the product was in LaBrea, CA, the representative told me that you have in stock and would send it on the day that I spoke, was Friday, I had to deliver this order on Monday, and you sent until Tuesday, I lost my sale!. The next monday I made the purchase of the cups I never get the shipping notification, we call on Tuesday to know when it would arrive and the representative checked the computer and did not find if it had already been sent or when they would send it! And we received them until Friday "4 days to delivery"!
I have ordered from other companies that are out of state and my orders I receive in 2 or 3 days!
Maybe I will not use your services again!

Delivery was a bit rough resulting in product being out of stock and needing reordering. Overnight shipment failed but it did arrive by Christmas and all 12 Orca mugs were unbroken.

The only down side is having to buy such large quantities, especially if you just need a sample to possible sell something. Otherwise, great prices and shipping

Easy checkout. Good selection of blanks. I really wish mugs were available as singles for samples. Shipping costs much lower than I was about to pay on another sight.

My packages always arrive in great shape and I've never received a damaged roll like I have from other places. They are 2 cities down from me so shipping is easier.

Website was very informative and cyber Monday special was enticing. Plan on purchasing a larger heat press in the future but for now til I familiarize myself this works great. Thank you

Had a few hiccups but nothing mayor and customer service was helpful. Nothing is perfect right? Specially when u buy online!

Excellent except why not free shipping on orders exceeding a certain amount? I just placed an order for over $200 and still paid shipping. Don't like that.

Great customer service, delivery makes me think twice before I buy. Never know when it's coming. My last two orders just showed up. Was never sent the tracking info.

Overall "good" experience. Not sure about the mugs from here (quality and delivery) but the prices seemed fair. Shipping costs were higher than I would expect in these days.

Did a lot of research and this and you guys were the most helpful. Especially with having short videos so customers know what they are getting thanks for making it easy.

I had lots of questions and was not sure about which heat press would suit my needs. The customer service rep was patient and very helpful in assisting me with making an excellent choice!

There was a delay with part of my order but customer service made it right by shipping the item out and sending it overnight so I didn't have to wait another week. Overall a good experience.

Rating is only for price and delivery. The product got here very fast and in perfect condition. I've yet to use it, will update performance later if necessary.

I ordered these heat press pillows because the price was very reasonable for what you get. They are well made & should help when pressing vinyl on t-shirts & other items that are not flat.

Everything was perfect. I waited for the heat press to be back in stock checked everyday although the customer service representative did give me an exact restock date.

Everything was delivered as expected, packaged extremely well, and set up was very easy. I started pressing shirts right away after adjusting the pressure.

Product and service are great but the shipping takes a little too long on certain items but still very happy with heatpressnation will definitely order again.

Order was supposed to be received December 7 or 8. Never came. Contacted heatpressnation 3 times on this issue. Didn't get our order until almost a month later.
