I been reading about your company and they say you have a great service. Bought this for my daughter.
So far it has been good. We haven't had a chance to use it yet.

I ordered HPN Signature Series Pull Out 15x15. The order was a bit delayed in shipping out as there seemed to be some confusion as to whether the item was backordered. Customer Service was friendly and helpful in sorting this out and the item still shipped in a reasonable timeframe and was received quickly (I am from Canada but shipped to a US address). The press itself is fantastic. It's my first press and I found it easy to get started with the included instruction booklet from HPN. I love the smooth opening with the air shock and pullout lower platen makes positioning items easier. I'm definitely glad I spent a little extra on these features!

We got our order in a good time but unfortunately we have found 2 broken cups on the top layer.I have not unpacked them from the box yet so we are hoping to not find mkre broken ones in the next layers...the sublimation we have dont on oir first 4 cups has been exelent so I am very happy with the xuos so far.

The customer reviews where very helpful in making a decision. The checkout was fast and easy. Overall good experience. Provided my item comes in a timely fashion, I will be shopping here again.

Super fast shipping. Auto open would not open when the timer went off but I called and it was just a matter of adjusting the pressure. Working

I've placed several phone calls about the cutter not working and have yet to receive any information back. So I'll continue to wait to pay I suppose...

I received my shipment much faster than I anticipated. I've done a lot of price comparison, and find the HeatPressNation has the best prices on most products.

Good processing of order. Med. Photo slate higher price than most others. Would liked to have a one stop place to purchase supplies but you need to get better prices on photo slates.

Shopping was great! The site was easy to navigate and they have just about anything you could ever want for heat transfers. My only complaint is I thought the shipping was pretty expensive.

The customer service was outstanding! Being new to sublimation, I had a few questions and they answered them all and I felt comfortable with my purchase. Will purchase from Heat Press Nation again!

Until I use the product, I don't really have any thing additional to say. So far, things look great. Don't require that people type a comment when they have already left 5 stars.

Product was great. Delivered on time. Just the minor issue of not being able to track my package. But customer service was excellent in rectifying the situation.

This is my 3rd heat press and by far the best. I am replacing my 15x15 clamshell with this one. The size is great for home sublimation and for small business!

Prior to purchasing I called with a few questions. They were answered immediately and the rep left me with the confidence to purchase. After receiving the press, I had a couple of questions and again they were answered immediately.

The press time and temp are accurate. No more testing to validate the advertised time and temp are accurate!

I love heat nation I heard a lot about you all so I thought I would look at the web sight and I loved what I seen. I'm starting my own Clothing line and from what I seen on you tube and other comments about heatpress nation I feel you all products will help me get to where I want and need to be. I'm ready to get started

It came in bent on the digital box but I was able to bend it back into form. I had a lot of questions so I did contact technical support and they help me throughout the process.

Would have appreciated an email letting me know the product had shipped with some form of tracking information. I received a confirmation of the order, but no follow up email about shipping.

Very easy and smooth. I'm only 3 weeks into the use of the press but very pleased so far. Just hope it lasts longer than previous presses without a need of repair

Very pleased with the shopping experience and quick delivery of my items. I haven't had the opportunity to use the press or sublimation printer yet, but will update review when I do.

I thought the Tpads would be just what I needed to do polo shirts. However upon, my first use of one of the T pads it came apart. It got stuck to the garment and when I tried to remove it, it came apart. I have contacted customer service about this issue and I didn't receive a response back. I love heatpressnation, but I guess that item was defective. I would really love to receive a new Tpad or atleast my money back.

Delivery was not complete first time but was sent later the remaining, some mugs were broken as well but customer service was quick to help and took care of me right away.

Ordered 50yard roll of vinyl. Did not find out until in the middle of the roll the vinyls was messed up. Wrinkles and creases all over the roll. Had to cut alot of the pieces off in order to make clean cuts. About 1/4 of the roll was like that. Unsatisfied with the product, not HPN. Wish HPN had quality control.
