Always has what I want at a great price. Instructions are always neat and easy to understand. All in all, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for these kinds of products. This place is the only one you need.

I usually have a great shipment of mugs that are well protected during shipping. This time I received my mugs in boxes which had no bubble wrap to them and ended up having to throw away about 6 mugs from each box (3 total) because they were completely shattered.

Experience with your company was great. Package should have been delivered last Wednesday via next day air. Did not get until Thursday. Please contact UPS and try to get shipping charges credit so you can credit me.

Products were accurately described and the pictures accurately represent each product. Everything came well packaged and in good condition. Customer service got back to me quickly when I had questions. Great experience!

I purchased a reconditioned press and you would never know it was! No visible flaws what-so-ever. It is super easy to use and my projects have turned out great. Should something ever go wrong, I am glad I ordered directly from the manufacturer - it makes problem solving so much easier.

Quality and expectations were met within perceived Understandings which was to be expected. The only issue left to experience is the product longevity under novice supervision but smooth sailings thus far overall.

Overall i've had great experience, items arrived fast, if i need to ask questions they answer fast, items are well packed, shipping cost will like to be a little lower but they're not bad, i'm happy doing business with heatpressnation.

If I'm paying that much for shipping, you need to consider making your prices more affordable. I was expecting good quality vinyl for that price. This material is very filmy and flimsy. Stars are to be cut out of them & the points are not as sharp a they could be.

Great so far. Easy to find and order the proper item for our store. Price was good, also. We'll see when we receive it and use it.

You have what I need and get it out great.
How its shipped is a different story. Cost and length of time getting here, could improve.
I ship out goods trying to keep expenses low, my cost are less, and reach destination in 2 or 3 days.

I rec'd products as described. Although it seems to have taken longer. I rec'd the customer satisfaction survey before the product arrived.
It would be great if there were a local pick up locations available. The cost of S/H is discouraging however small businesses need their supplies.

The heat press is great, the entire process up to receiving the unit was excellent.

Unfortunately, FedEx lazily and sloppily just left the box just sitting in our driveway lying on its side. Fortunately it was neither stolen nor damaged. But I would not trust them to deliver another such order.

The products are excellent. The shipping department messed up on my order. This caused me to loose an order that then lead to losing other orders from negative word of mouth contact. The late shipment was only enhanced by the second shipment being wrong again. Finally the third shipment was correct. Thank goodness. There seems to be a communication gap between order department and shipping department. However, they did make it right after many minutes spent on the phone and myself handling disgruntled customers.

The heatpressnation sites is very user friendly and easy to find what your looking for. It has items listed by manufacturer and has a complete color sample of material. The materials specs and application information is conveniently located on the page. If you have questions you can call, email, or even chat with them.

Shipping and delivery were good. The product is 'alright.' You truly get what you pay for. If you plan on doing this as more than a hobby, save up the money to invest in something more sturdy. I have not used any of the other pieces besides the shirt press.
