The heatpressnation sites is very user friendly and easy to find what your looking for. It has items listed by manufacturer and has a complete color sample of material. The materials specs and application information is conveniently located on the page. If you have questions you can call, email, or even chat with them.

I wish the prices were lower, but I understand margins so it's understandable. If things start to sell better and I need larger quantities of vinyl I hope to be able to get some degree of savings for bulk. Still an excellent experience though! Just tough on my college wallet.

All was fine, But you folks need to improve your notification process when a product ships. We ordered the press and did not get any email from you folks that it shipped. It just showed up on our door step a few days later. Other than that all is good.

Shipping and delivery were good. The product is 'alright.' You truly get what you pay for. If you plan on doing this as more than a hobby, save up the money to invest in something more sturdy. I have not used any of the other pieces besides the shirt press.

Customer Service is without any doubt better than any other I have ever dealt with. They take your concerns seriously and address them in a very expedient manner. Their staff is well versed and can find a quick solution to any issue than may arise. Keep up the Great Work!

Received my order quickly. The set up was super easy to follow. I ready and printing within the first hour.

Very good service and delivery. Would make one recommendation is that you use the tubes for delivery because once it leaves your place even though u put do not bend the post office does (maybe cause they get so much mail or don't care, not sure). I know not all post offices do this but some are not so kind. But your services are great and I have ordered before and will in the future thanks heat press nation. Great Job

It took awhile for my white htv to arrive but everything else came fast. I did have an issue with how my first set of cutting blades arrived, but I emailed heat press nation about the issue and fixed it right away. Great customer service!

I have had a super experience with heatpressnation.com! Great customer service! They answered all my questions right online while I shopped. Fast shipping! Purchased on a Thursday, shipped on Friday, and received on the very next Wednesday. California to Ohio.

Fast shipping, heat stays pretty constant only varying ups and down by a couple degrees. I highly recommend this heat press. One thing, the powder coating was cracked and peeling in two places. Nothing to call the company about, but still annoying. This does not affect heat press working.

Was nervous about buying a heat press- I'd never used one before. But the features and quality of the machine I got convinced me to take the plunge. It was simple and easy to use. Thorough instructions. Every shirt has turned out perfect so far. I'm truly loving it!

Too many steps for someone who knows little about a computer
Received unit 3/10/2015, seems to be in order, haven't tried it yet. My concern was no conformation of order for 2 days, was expecting a scam but you came through. Thanks.

Follow up: I got here faster than expected. I can't remember to whom I spoke with, but he checked on a closer warehouse and it was shipped from there. Got it in just two days. Thank you, so much!

This site was very easy to order from and make my shopping experience very pleasant. I did have to call them because they didn't send me a tracking number after about 3 days but I received my package that same day I called. So shipping was quick & everything came nicely packaged. I will be purchasing from them again!

Although this Heat Press cost a little more than I wanted to spend it was worth every penny. It is well made and I love the features of the slide out drawer and auto open. The heat is distributed evenly but tends run warmer than temperature indicator when tested with heat gun. I haven't had to use the customer service department yet with any issues but if I do I'm hoping they are just as great.

I picked the heat press as I live nearby. Jason was an excellent CSR. He took care of my order and processed it quickly. Jason also had great CSR skills when I first spoke with him over the phone. I will be back for future supplies. Eric Nelson
