Heatpressnation is my go to for sublimation products! You have the best prices around. I just wish the coffee mugs would ship faster. I needed more in a pinch and ordered but wasnt getting them in time...so i had to order from amazon and they were more money

This is a new venture for me so it was important that I have all options laid out in front of me. Great selections and prices. And I have looked at pretty much every sight I could find. Once I figure things out I'm sure I'll be back.

Placing an order on Heatpressnation.com was pretty straight forward; click, confirm the order, pay and in a couple of weeks or so it arrived on my doorstep. Many of the "Big Box" companies need to take lessons from heatpressnation.com.

If you are a busy person - shopping online is easy - payment is easy - and [my order] arrived two days early.

Would I do it again - actually, I am getting an order ready for more supplies - so yes, I would and am doing it again.

I ordered early on a Friday and the products took over 6 days to arrive. The price was good, but for free shipping my business doesn't have the option to wait a whole week to receive products. I'm going back to my old supplier. Outside of the boxes being mangled the products were what was ordered, but this timing is a major drawback.

That's what I get for not trying them out prior to using them for a customer order.

Very poor communication on what ground shipping means and that all products ship from CA and not an east coast affiliate.

Very unsatisfied.

Love heat press nation. They have a lot of great tutorials on their youtube channel and really great customer service as well + answer all the questions you have on the videos. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

Was a little confused by the multiple shipments. Was kind of irritating that the printer came first, but the instructions didn't come until several days later. But we got it all eventually. And working out well.

The heat press we purchased is a great value for the price. Only issue I had was tracking info came with no carrier information. In the process of getting that information via email, my press arrived! Only one day after I ordered it! I will definitely be a return customer should the need arise.

The Tee Square is an amazing product that really helps align and cut down on time! Takes all the guess work and frustration out! Happy I bought it, however I wish I had bought it sooner. Don't wait if you think you might need it, then you won't have to pay for rush shipping.

When sending an email asking if I received my order, please list the item(s) that I ordered. When placing multiple orders over several days, it is difficult to be sure to what items you are referring.

Customer service needs to be improved, I waited too long to talk with someone however the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I called by phone in which notified me that there was a high call volume. Next, I tried the online chat and had someone call me back by phone. This process took at least 20 - 30 mins. I questioned the person who called me back and he did let me know that a couple hours in the morning they are short staffed and throughout the day it improves. I did appreciate what I thought was an honest answer and that is what lead me to finalize my purchase with Heat Press Nation.

Website was very user friendly and appreciated the links to educate me on which product was right for me. I'm looking forward to doing more business in the future. Thanks, Jeremy

This group of individuals is amazing to work with. Whenever we have needed help with anything, they are cheerful and understanding of our inexperience of the product and they talk us right through everything! We've even called at closing time for them and they didn't blow us off and they were not rude what-so-ever! So glad that we have a business relationship with this company and can't wait to continue working and buying more from them!

First time buyer of a heat press, confusing on all the styles and features that are out there. This was an easy decision to make with having a bum arm so the auto open feature is a must for me so that narrowed down my choices, along with all the reviews and recommendations for Heat Press Nation. My experience with Heatpressnation has been quite boring! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and they were so helpful with answers to my questions regarding my purchase. As I explore many options I had many questions. My product arrived in about a week. Shipping not being their responsibility after leaving their hands I had no cause to berate them for my extended anticipation. All of my mugs were so well packed that not one was damaged.I LOVE BORING!

Great product, price and delivery time. Extremely Happy with the explanations of what to use each product with. Instructions and illustrations are very clear making it easy to use. That says a lot being that I am new to all this tee shirt designing thing. Thank you!

When I purchased the heat press it would of been nice for the parchment or non stick sheets to be on a suggested supply list. So I could of ordered along with the heat press.

First press I received was damaged in shipping. But a quick call and it was all taken care of. You guys have amazing customer service. Which for me is a big deal when I'm buying from a company. You will have more of my business for sure!

I did some research on product before buying and was very happy with the results of my project. The videos are very helpful especially for someone like me who is new to heat pressing. Will definitely continue to watch videos for future projects and recommend to friends and family :)

The ordering process and delivery went without a hitch! The machine is beautiful. I have had delays on my end and have not gotten to use it yet. I am very happy with your service so far! And will definitely looking to get a printer from you in the future.

I am not super crazy about the hat press I purchased a few years ago-- I need to put padding under the flex fit hats so that they do not wrinkle during pressing. But this product works well to fill the gap and I certainly use the different sizes for other press items

Item was not listed as out of stock when ordered. Waited for about two weeks and called them only to find out it was out of stock when I ordered my heat press but that it should be shipped within a few days. Waited another week still nothing. Was told I'd get an email when the item shipped. Never received an email. Item showed up unexpectedly one day. Thankful my husband just happened to be home that day. It was really heavy and no way could I have gotten that in the house if I was the only one here.

My order had been delayed longer than expected, so I called customer service and they were able to come up with a solution and ship me a different product that still met my needs, and I had it in 2 business days.I love a company who has excellent customer service and they went above and beyond that. I'm very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.
