Sold me a heat press that was not in stock. I called and was told it would ship the next day. A week later, it had not shipped yet. Arrived broken. Fast response from customer service. They offered to replace, but with the weight of the heat press, packing and moving it out of the shop is a 3 person job. They only offered a 10% discount as an alternative.

PLease please please send these transfer papers in durable package, I have received papers before with the corners damaged! You guys are great otherwise! Keep it up, send me coupon codes! We'll shop here more!

I had a wonderful experience ordering with Heat Press Nation. I called to ask about a heat press that was temporarily out of stock. They were able to tell me when I could expect to receive the press, even with it being back ordered. The press ended up coming earlier than expected. The only reason delivery time is not receiving 5 stars is because the Seattle area was hit by a snow storm and a few of my items were delivered prior to the snow storm and others were not, which meant waiting for over a week to receive them, which in turn held up projects. I'm not sure what that turnaround time would have looked liked without the storm, hence the 4 stars.

Easy shopping and great instructional videos for someone with no heat press knowledge purchasing this as a gift.

Machine originally arrived damaged. Shipping company obviously banged up the box.

Took pics, emailed Heat Press and asked for resolution. I was given fair options. Boxed up the old machine, sent it back, and received a new machine within days.

Overall a great shopping experience.

This was my first experience with Heat Press Nation and so far everything is good. The products that I purchased work well and arrived in a timely manner.

The order arrived quickly and the mugs were in good condition. It would be nice to order smaller quantities instead of a set of 12. The delivery charges are a little high. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase

I don't know why if I make a. Order they send me all the items on different orders I don understand and I don't like that thanks any way my product arrived a day after but still ok cause it arrives but in 2 different deliveries

I had questions before I placed an order and received prompt answers from Bryant. Good customer service. After receiving our Tee Square I had to sand the sides of the Tee so the cross piece would slide along it. That was very annoying. I know it was not Heat Press Nation's fault.

Very easy and time-efficient, good quality product. The price is better than most competitors. Several of our other suppliers have dropped the colored mugs. This is very important for us to get these mugs as we have built a clientele on color. Shipping is reasonable and they pack in a way that we get minimal breakage. We are very happy.

Excited for press! When it arrived we set it up i read instructions and in a few minutes we were pressing shirts. I had been researching presses for a couple months and am so happy with my selection! It is worth the extra money to get a quality product.

Thanks even with a delay at your warehouse I got them in time to make my deadline. My only complaint would be next time don't attach the key rings. 2 of the plastic connectors broke when I had to take them off and you can't sublimate with them on

Generally, I've been pleased with heatpressnation in the past. They often have better prices than many of the sublimation/garment decorator companies out there, however they have very long shipping times.

Love the website, the videos and reviews make shopping easier. Shipping was super fast! Heat press was already set up just plugged it in and was ready to go. Directions for heat up could have been a bit more detailed but after a few minutes I figured it out.

I am so impressed with the customer service. We had a death in the family about the time we got our heat press and mug press and I was able to unpack each item but not even look at them until several weeks after unpacking. I noticed I didn't get a cord for my mug press. Called and had one delivered in two days. Perfect customer service. Thank you so much.

Heard about Heat Press Nation on a YouTube video. I've had a great experience with them. They have great customer service! I had a few questions and was contacted within minutes and received the assistance I needed. I especially appreciated the online videos to help with set up and use. My heat press and vinyl cutter are easy to use and works great in helping me create nice looking quality products.

This heat press is wonderful. The shipping was fast and came on time. The machine is a great size and it heats up pretty quickly. There is a clicking sound when hot but it's not really a big problem for me. Since it is still fairly new there is a burning smell when heat pressing a shirt. I'll give this heat press 5 out of 5 stars. I definitely will recommend this product to any and everyone.

I have been completely satisfied with every product that I have purchased from Heat Nation. Mugs, paper, ink, printer, and heat press. I have not had 1 broken mug in my orders. They have great customer service and are very timely in getting my orders to me. I highly recommend this company for all of your products.

Website is easy to navigate and deals are great. The refurbished heat press was in better condition than expected. I can't believe what a great deal I got. I love it so much. I am so glad you guys took the time to set up videos. You are very correct in your intro, the heat press buying process is very daunting. I have chosen you guys simply for the ease of direction set forth in your introduction video. I am starting from scratch and had found cheaper models, however, I understand your site more completely than most.

Product is great, ive used it for about 2 years. Pricing is the same as most competitors though shipping took longer than others. I understand it was probably bc of free shipping, and I had never ordered from here before to know about how long it took. The Website was rather slow for me.

Love the no shipping sale! Please have that more often and I won't order through TRW anymore :). I was very disappointed with the technical difficulties I experienced when ordering and the shipping time. My order didn't ship until almost three days after I placed the order which made me lose out on some orders.
