I had issues placing order. I called the 800 number and they told me what the issue was. It was all on my hand that it didn't check out. But they were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue with addresses because I was sending a plotter as a gift to someone so naturally their address doesn't match my card address. Customer service was super helpful and their gift arrived super quick. Thank you.

Loved the assistance when i called for help. Very friendly and helpful. The heat press is really awesome, the rolling cart is beyond awesome. Makes working on shirt orders much more comfortable and saves table space. Really great!

You are asking me to rate my experience when your website still shows that the order is processing ~ it's been a week. I know the product is good because this is a re-order. I've never had to wait this long, so I will probably start going to another company unless this company can start communicating better. Don't offer sales if you don't have the product to ship immediately. I feel scammed.

Declined 2 CC even though plenty of credit remained. Needed to put in info for 3 CC before order finally went through. Called to ask a question but waited and waited for customer service and finally hung up.

I have called 3 times with different questions and every time - great customer service. All my questions got answered. I have spent many weeks researching heat presses and even though there are cheaper ones out there - I went with you guys.

Heat Press Nation is competitive on prices and seems to have a quicker turnaround on orders than some other companies I use. I find the website to be a little more difficult to use but overall I am satisfied with service.

Everything was good. I received my heat press a day earlier than I was suppose to. I have used it a few times. It seems like a good machine but it surges on and off after it reaches the set temperature. I have been trying to reach customer service through email and calling but no one has responded.

Heat press turns off after 30 min. Of untouched when power on or turn off itself after 4 hours of usage. I guess it is some kind of safety feature built in, but when a customer comes in, makes a customer wait until it reaches operating temperature is inconvenient.

The only thing that I did not like was that I was never notified that my package would be shipped in 2 different boxes at different times. I was expecting it all at once, but the customer service team helped me out with getting me my other tracking number. I never got a second e-mail confirmation about the second shipment.

Phenomenal technical support and friendly staff. They immediately fixed the technical issues I was having and got me connected to a great start up video. Shipping was 7 days from order to delivery and the packaging was great. I would recommend this company for purchasing anything they offer just because having the technical support is well worth ordering from them.

I still have not received my order! I'm very dissatisfied with the amount of time this order is taking. This is my first time ordering from heat press nation and will not be ordering from here again if I need the product on a deadline. I can't comment on the actual product as it has not been delivered.

I haven't had a chance to use my press yet but for the most part was pleased with the customer service I received. The press didn't ship until two days after I was initially told it would but both times I called, the reps were VERY courteous and apologetic. I placed my order at the tail end of a few weeks of my press being on back order so the two day delay was much better than what I thought it might be.

Placed order over a month ago, was charged full price and never notified that the product I ordered was out of stock. Contacted customer service and was not advised on a definitive time for when the product would be available or delivered. Needed it wks ago.

The item that I ordered had shipped late. No tracking information was sent until I inquired about my order. The cs rep stated that my item was late due to inclement weather. After I spoke with the cs rep, tracking information was sent to my email. I'm a new business startup. I'm just glad that this mishap didn't occur after I started taking orders, because these were very important tools that I needed to create the items I sell.

Heating directions or times on a lot of products are not correct (compare with multiple sites before going into production). If you're in the Midwest, expect long delivery times (1 to 2 wks.). On a good note, the products are great and the prices very reasonable.

I needed a Tee Square It to help center designs on my shirts so I purchased one from HeatPressNation. It arrived quickly, the checkout process was fast and easy, the only complaint is the cost of the item itself - it has a groove that the two pieces fit together by and that groove is a little loose meaning the horizontal ruler can shift up and down a little bit. It isn't a huge issue - but for the price I would expect that the ruler be more sturdy. Otherwise it works well and has helped tremendously with applying HTV to shirts.

I have always been satisfied with my purchases from you guys. I rolled the dice when I purchased a refurbished heat press. I wasn't expecting to get one so abused. I was expecting something maybe scratched up or something along those lines. Never in a million years did I think you would've have sent something broken like this unit was.

Best price for this heat press... love that the top swings completely out of the way. Only problem I have is when bringing it back to press it swivels and you have to try to align it. It's very hot but it's an easy fix. Love my new 'refurbished' heat press.

My order arrived within the expected time frame and for the busy Christmas season, that was wonderful. Product is exactly as advertised and I'm thinking of ordering a 2nd set in the future so I can cut a few of the mats down to the specific size I need for smaller projects. Product is easy to use and works like a dream with my new heat press.

The price for my heat press was great, but the price for other things like pillows seems a bit high for the quality. I also barely got the board off that was screwed to the bottom because of the screws being already stripped. Overall Im satisfied.
