I contacted HPN with my questions and all were promptly answered. I purchased from here because of their rapport and customer service they already provided just by being available for me and my concerns.

I love the 16/20 auto release with sliding drawer. I bought one two years ago and it gave up, so I got another of the same model. HPN customer service always helps with warranty, parts and general questions.

I am new to this whole business. I have spoke to customer service via instant message. They told me this 16x20 signature series was about the best they offered. I will try it out and return with feedback..

They have very knowledgeable staff about the products that they are selling. One minor problem of one item not being shipped, one phone call and that item was expressed mailed immediately. Overall very satisfied with Heatpress Nation, and would Highly recommend them as a supplier.

My experience was great! I haven't used the pads I ordered yet but they look like they'll be great for what I need. The turnaround time from order to receipt was very quick. Will definitely do business with HeatPress Nation again, if the need arises.

The sublimation paper I ordered happened to be on back order. Since HeatPress Nation knew I needed the paper for a pending job the upgraded my order to 5 packs of 110 sheets. They did not charge me any thing extra for the upgrade, supplied me with an extra 50 sheet of paper and still got my order to me on time. I really appreciate that level of customer service and I'll keep coming back as a result.

I purchased my first heat press from heatpressnation and I liked you guys before this experience. The prices are good for heat presses and standard for everything else. I did not receive my items and customer service wasn't helpful. After I told them that I didn't receive my items; they were not receptive to my problem and continued to talk about consolidated shipping.The processing time for shipping is and always was terrible.

We did have to open the back and plug in 1 cable that had not even been plugged to start with and another 1 had came loose. After we got that taken care we were then able to get it on and set temp., etc.

Easy purchase process and quick shipping however getting the pressure correct so that the auto close feature works still remains to be seen. Purchased to make the process easier and so far it's actually been harder. Here's to hoping support will help that to change.

My overall experience shopping with Heat Press Nation was great. I did my research and decided to go with them based on reviews. I like the idea of having a company to back their products. I like the details/short videos for each heat press. My only wish was to create some sort of "compare" button to compare the details of the heat presses.

I had some issues with my Evo vinyl cutter. They shipped out some parts and replaced the vinyl that was destroyed. They did say they were going to send me a instructional video on how to replace the parts but I never got it. The piece was easy to figure out and replace though and now it works perfectly. Thank you.

I enjoyed every product that I have order from heatpressnation except for my silhouette machine. I have not been able to have a successful turn out with that product. And it may just be something that I am not doing correctly. Everything else is satisfactory.

I pretty sure I was short 2 feet on the black vinyl I received. I cut it into 12" sections only only had 13 pieces instead of 15. Luckily a neighbor had some that I bought off of her to complete the orders I had for Xmas.
I haven't measured the other rolls I received big I will.

Heat Press Nation has wonderful customer service. My first order arrived damaged. I called customer service and they answered right away and I was able to speak to someone who I could understand. She offered a solution to my issue and she asked that I send pictures of the damaged items. I sent the pictures immediately and within 10 minutes another customer service rep was calling me to help further resolve the issue. I was shocked at such a quick response. A resolution was worked out and I received another order which was not damaged. I judge a company on how great their customer service is and Heat Press Nation gets a perfect 10!

I had several questions about different products before purchasing. I called customer service a few times and they took the time to answer my questions and even sent me some pictures of things I was inquiring about. That helped me make the choice of product that I ordered. Great customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful.

The packaging with the shipping has changed and I'm not a fan. I used to love that my vinyl came to me flat not rolled. Now it comes rolled in a smaller box. So I had to lay my vinyl out before I could use it. I hope this was a one time thing.

Very informative on heat presses. I've only used the heat press a few times but it was very easy to use.
It is exactly what I wanted and have enjoyed using it. I have ruined a couple shirts trying to use my home iron to decorate with so this was the perfect heat press for me.

I was online looking for a press, I had questions on a certain one, the phone rang twice, a real live person answered, helped me with my decision, and I made an online purchase...easy as that. Happy Wife, Happy Life! I have a feeling that the wifey might give me smooches tonight...I won't shop anywhere else.

Love the prices, costumer service is great over the phone with helpful information. Easy to order and simple process. My press seems to not be that good qaulity and heat plates don't line up after a few presses.

First time order. I am a traditional screenprinter just starting to use sublimation. After comparison shopping I am impressed with your selection options and prices.

Received my order. Was packed very professionally - no broken mugs or damaged items even after shipping across the entire continent. So far everything has been great but I haven't had a chance to test the products. I just need a supplier who is dependable, has competitive prices and communicates in case there is a problem.

It would be great if one day there was a HeatPress Nation distribution center in the southeast region to cut down on delivery times.

A good experience, so far. I had a lot of thinking to do to justify this nice of a heat press and the only thing I had trouble with was my shopping cart getting zeroed out so quickly, having to go find everything again.

Only one mug was broken in transit. 15 oz is a nice size for gift mugs. I am still trying to get my printer loaded with CISS Sublimation ink then I will start using my mug press. Although I bought the mug press refurbished it looks brand new. I have not been able to do any of this yet as I fell and injured my right arm but ready to use it now. Thanks to your company for a great first experience and then second since when I received my HPN Signature Series 15 X 15 heat press. Awesome packing. Perfect size for me.

We received our order in a timely manner. What else can I say about Heat Press Nation that hasn't already been said.

Your website is easy enough to use. Customer service needs help though. I have emailed a couple of times asking questions before making my purchase and haven't received a response. I ended up calling and dealt with some CSRs who weren't too knowledgeable about the product I was ordering or its restock timeframe. I actually was trying to upgrade my order to a more expensive unit, but was exhausted by trying to get the CSR to understand my issue, so I just stuck to the one I had ordered. Again...product/price were all great...just understand you are a bit on your own when doing the research and ordering.
