I can't be satisfied more with "HPN".Along with my heat press arriving in express delivery the customer service agents are very professional and helpful with all the products they sell.I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

I had a great experience with this company. It is a great press for the money. I don't have to worry about losing temperature with multiple prints. I have a sublimation business and I need hot heat for a short amount of time and I never have to wait on this press heating back up like other ones I have had in the past. Thank you for providing such a great product for my business!

Having never ordered such a large quantity of HTV before, I was nervous about the idea of ordering bulk via the web. However, since the experience with y'all was so quick and enjoyable, I plan to order HTV online with your company instead of buying from craft stores.

Shopping and comparing heat presses on the website was easy. I ordered my press Black Friday weekend. I expected it to take longer to show up. Imagine my surprise when I get a knock on my door a week and a half after my order and it's my heat press! It would have been nice to receive an email when the item shipped so I would know when to expect it, but thankfully I was home so it didn't matter. I've pressed a few things so far, and it seems to be going smoothly!

Item just as described on site. Fast shipping! Easy to assemble and very sturdy for heat press!

It took a LONG time to receive it, with no explanation. When I called, I received polite immediate service and the package was expedited with next day shipping. Now I need an instruction manual in order to install it.

Items (mugs) don't have exactly measurements! Have to chat with your online customer service to found out. Some of machines attachments is no where to find, i was looking for HPN signature automated mug press for 20oz water bottle, emailed to your support team com. But never heard anything back of it! Shipping money is really cost lot more than other website.? And No free shipping even when the purchase is over 1,000 dollars, this just gonna make your customer looking for somewhere else to buy to save the shipping money!

The printer has not been set up yet, but the ordering and shipping experience were great and easy.

When I decided to purchase a larger heat press, I had many questions on which one to buy. Customer Service was very helpful in educating me of the differences of each one. I am very happy with my purchase.

Have only used it a couple times but I love it. It would be great if they would send a description of the black foam piece (I'm sure it had a name) in the booklet because it freaked me out when I realized it was not metal. I don't know if others have the same 'freak out' as me...

Shipping was way to long. And the prices for shipping is bad compared to other sites after doing my research after i placed my order. Shipping charges are ridiculous. I can bet, i wont be purchasing from heatpressnation again.

After doing months of research I chose heatpressnation.com for my initial purchases for the first trial run of sublimation mugs. Very pleased is all I can say. From the initial questions I had, the ordering of the mug press, printer, tape, paper, and mugs I can say my future orders will be with this company as well.

So far so good. Now if the products and customer service are good as well, I'll be a customer for life.

Update: My press doesn't heat evenly and the thermostat is 10 degrees cooler than it says it is.

Everything was so easy to understand and very clear in describing items. I had shopped around for quite some time before I decided to purchase from heatpressnation. I will not spend time shopping next time. Just purchase from them.

Great experience. We bought from the scratch and dent sale. We got the 9x9 swing away and it works perfectly well and u would never know it was on clearance. Only issue is it's not big enough for our needs. We will be purchasing a 15x15 clam shell soon.

The only thing I would suggest, is a confirmation email with regard to shipping and tracking once the order is packed and sent. I was at a loss as to when my order was shipped and when to expect it. However, all other aspects of ordering has been a breeze and the specials are always a welcome site to see and possibly take part in.

I have ordered a couple of heat presses from Heatpressnation. Delivery was speedy and everything worked as described. The instructional video and settings provided for the mug press and mug blanks worked perfectly the first time.

When I first ordered this product I thought it was going to be a great press. It arrived pretty quick. I was not impressed with the end result. It doesn't have enough pressure to do the job right. I'm not impressed with this product at all. It's a good design, but poorly engineered.

I was pleased with everything down to the packaging. I love my heat press. I have recommended it to several friends. I heard that they are on back order so everyone must feel the way that I do. I am a very pleased customer.

I love the heat press I decided to order! The only reason I couldn't give all 5 stars is 2 of the presses I considered were out of stock and would take months to arrive. I got a different machine than I originally expected, but am thrilled with it now!

I love my Craft Pro. I am able to do so many more items and I Know they are adhered correctly! It was impossible to do burlap bags with my simple press now its a breeze.
I would repurchase it and or recommend it!

I called 3 times to verify that my order was shipped as promised from the first call. Since it was coming from NY it seems your computer system in CA could not confirm my order was shipped. It was very frustrating since I needed it to arrive on time. It seemed the customer reps were trying but they could not give me a tracking number or a positive yes that it was shipped. I am grateful it came on time and my customer got their order on time. I don't know if I would use you again for a rush order but would when I don't need the vinyl to ship the next day. Thanks
