I would have liked there to be an option for a 1 yard rook of vinyl instead of having to buy three 12' sheets. It still got the job done though, but I wasted alot of vinyl that I could have cut and saved.

Great selection! The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that a few of my vinyl sheets were damaged in shipping. They were slightly crushed and wrinkled along one side, but it wasn't so much that I couldn't still use the sheet of vinyl. I will definitely order again!

I thought the dimensions for cricut would be 12"width Instead it's like 9" width. Can't cover my cut mat! So I must always resize the image smaller than I want to! Other than that, product is of great quality!

I was sent a discount code but when I tried to use it, the cart said the code was invalid.however their customer service was very good and gave me an offer to make up for it. I am very satisfied and will shop with them again.

I ordered dark and white garment photo transfers. I specifically bought a inkjet printer and I am still having trouble with them transferring correctly and the dark transfers start to break off before the transfer. I contacted customer service and it still has not been corrected.

Your help in guiding me to purchase the foam and also the pictures shared on how to secure the foam under the heating element have greatly reduced the "denting" on my trucker foam caps.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss any questions and concerns. Helped me to chose the right machine and provided great suggestions and reasons behind the suggestions made. Reassured me that they were available and happy to provide support if ever I need it.

The product is great to work with and because it is so thin it really adheres to the fabric nicely. I did experience the vinyl come off when I mistakenly touch the t-shirt with the iron after I was done. So I don't know if that is going to be an issue later after washing and ironing the t-shirt.

These orders took forever... not sure I can continue working on this timeline. Plus, I have another order that has yet to arrived that was ordered the same day as my other order. Not thrilled about that.

The products are great and the customer service is also great. The only problem I had was I ordered two different htv's and both were in stock when I ordered them but only one came in the order with a note saying the other was out of stock. It was resolved quickly and I ended up getting it within two days but it was for a job I had so I was panicked. They just need to update online better. Other then that I order all of the time and it's always a great experience.

So far I am loving my mpress! It did not come with a dvd or manual but after contacting HPN I received almost immediate help and was send the manual via Facebook. The product itself has ran great so far and seams well made. It does need to off gas so I'd suggest a filter in the space your using it in for a bit while it goes through the off gassing process. Also be sure to order Teflon sheets!

I was shipped the wrong item. I had to wait to get all of the boxes in the shipment for it to be fixed and the correct items to be sent. I placed another order recently containing more black and white mugs and I am thinking we are having issues again. Not pleased about that.

I received my heat press with the switch in the 'on' position. Not a big deal, since I assumed it had been tested; however, it did not work once plugged in (and I had to tighten the plug into the machine). There was no heat and the computer/temp screen did not come on. I troubleshooter after reading the instructions. Still nothing. Since both of those parts were not working, I chose to open the back and investigate. Both of those components were unplugged...as noted by the diagram in the booklet. I plugged them back in and everything was then working. Note: either those components became unplugged during transport or they were not plugged back in after testing.

Everything was great. Love the videos for every product. Hated that the big item I wanted to order was out of stock. I had to call in to ask when it might be filled. It was delivered in about 3 weeks.

It was pretty simple. I purchased a refurbished press and it looked practically brand new. The only issue I have is that it didn't come with any press or set up instructions. I had to go online and find that. A

Easy ordering and a quick search is always good. I ordered and someone messed up on shipping cause I didn't get my package until 4-12 and I ordered it on 3-28. Almost a month for two packs of paper is stupid.

Got a great deal on a great heat press and it works amazing! I regret buying a cheap one from amazon before this one! I suggest buying from heat nation because the quality is great and easy to get a hold of someone if you have any questions!

The material was easy to find and order. I did not receive everything in the shipment but contacted the company and the company responded very quickly. They immediately shipped out what was missing and I had it in a day! Great customer service! Will order from company again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service representatives that I talked with on the phone concerning my order. It took entirely too long for my order and even though it was already purchased and monies taken. I was still not satisfied with the order being shipped late which caused me to lose orders.

Order the vinyl systems specialist, I guess during the shipping the blade motor thing came off the track. Contacted customer service, they were great at helping me out and identifing and helping direct me how to fix it. Doesn't matter how good a product is, customer service will make or break a product, and their service is one of the best I have ever dealt with.
