I really enjoy watching their videos on certain products however I think they should provide a list of items that's used during the video such as the software and equipment. I think they should also provide disclaimers for products. I spent well over $300 on weedless transfer paper and purchased the laser printer used in the video YET I'm unable to create anything (probably because of the additional disclaimers on the box of products or because I don't have the correct software).

The Craft Pro came sooner than I expected. As of this post I have not used it as I have been reorganizing my craft room. I am very happy with the size of the press, very streamline, appears well made and the warranty that is with it. Can't wait to use it!

Met the staff at the Silhouette conference in Peachtree City in November. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I felt like this was the best place to purchase my first heat press. I didn't want to trust just buying one that wasn't from a reliable company and I suggest to all of my friends to do the same.

Customer service is very helpful! My only problem was trying to use a gift card (which is an option) but it did not work. I was advised to call the Gift card company to register the card and it worked! Thank you Amanda from customer service

Everything I needed was all in one place and easy to find. Ordering was easy and quick to do. It was just a longer wait for delivery than I was expecting. Other than that I was very happy overall. The quality of the HTV I received was great! Will be ordering again!

Easy shopping experienceHPN always arrive in a week or less, well packed never any damage, and while the shipping seems a little high, the cost of the mugs (x 36/15oz Orca) still come out cheaper than any of their competitors... and very good customer service if you have a question or problem...

One of the products I ordered which was the silhouette cameo vinyl, didnt get delivered in a timely matter. I wasnt aware that some products don't come directly from heatpressnation. I was told this from a customer service person. They checked in to it and found out the company that the product was coming from, was doing inventory that week and heatpressnation wasnt informed of that which caused a delay in my delivery.

I've been very pleased with heatpress nation. Especially their customer service. When I received my heatpress it would not work I called and they were very helpful at troubleshooting the issue. Offered me a replacement machine but we had found it was just a loose wire. They overnighted a replacement wore to me at no cost and sent very detailed hot to video on how to install. The press works like a charm now. Best press I've had so far.

I really like the quality of the tumbler. The shipping cost is the lowest that Iv'e found. My only complaint is that each time I've had to request shipping information and a tracking number. My last purchase was made on 3/21 and as of 4/7 I have no shipping information.

I am so very happy with Paropy opaque transfer paper. In my opinion it peels better than 3g jet opaque and holds color well. I definitely will order again. My order came sooner than projected date which is always a plus. I am disabled due to a stroke so I have limited movement on my right side and yet I have no problem peeling and placing this paper. I'm new to Heatpressnation but I like their service, my experience was easy so I will be back.

When asking for a refund, I was directed to send a different email to technical support. From there I was asked to provide verification that the error was not one that I made, but in fact a defective product. I have now sent MANY more pictures than what was asked, and still have yet to receive a follow up or refund.

I purchased the sublimation machine for my wife as a gift. I sent it to a friends house which requires payment authentication, which is fine. Problems was I never received the follow up emails to authorize. I had to call twice; once for the follow up authorization and the second to get a tracking email. Customer service was great but I just wish I didn't need to call twice to get my product moving. Product is great and my wife was super happy to receive it. Thanks guys!

My printer arrived ahead of schedule and I love it! It was very easy to set up and I have used it several times!

Product is great. Service is great. FEDEX delivered to wrong address and said they didn't. Fortunately, the wrong addressee opened the package, found my e-mail address and notified me of the mistake. I was able to pick up my parcel 2 blocks from my house. I was very disappointed in the way FEDEX handled the situation. HeatPressNation was professional and did all they could to resolve the situation.

Originally ordered a refurbished machine was damaged in transit (despite very good packaging), was offer several options to resolve damage. I choose to order a new unit as it was shipped from a closer location to avoid damage. New unit was shipped out super fast and return of damaged unit was very easy!

I received my heat press and the top plate seems to be crooked and I took pictures of it and sent it to customer service the day I took the machine out of the box... I have forwarded this email 2 other times with absolutely NO response... also all of the shirts that I have pressed so far have not turned out and the HTV has peeled off after the first wear/wash. I am following all the pressure and temperature/times recommended, and still not working right.

Poor communication, was told product was out of stock yet website said it was in stock in PA. When I pointed that out the press was shipped from PA. I was told I'd get email with tracking number when it shipped yet I never got an email. Press works well and seems to be high quality.

Everything has been wonderful when I had to contact heat press nation! The only thing is how long it took to get it, overall it was about a month from the time I placed my order. The press was on back order but that was never communicated with me, I didn't find that out until I finally called customer service to check on it to see why it was taking so long. But all in all I love my press!

My shirts have a way better quality now with this heat press. This is way faster and easier than using a home iron. I wish I bought this sooner. Only regret is not getting a model with a auto open feature.

The coating on the keychains were chipped so you couldn't sublimate your whole image. Of course the just thrown in a box with no wrap or nothing I can understand why they were junk when I got them. I don't like product you can't use. I assume your replacements would be shipped the same way. So I throw them in the trash and shopped else where. Thank you for your services

This time around it was a bit disappointing. I placed the order and waited over a week for it. I had to contact customer service for an update to find out that it was out of stock, I was promised a call back with an update and estimated time of shipping and was never contacted back. My order just arrived a few days later. I understand that things happen but I wanted was an update on what I ordered.

It's ok.

However, I would like to receive tracking.

This particular order doesn't have tracking and I found out when I called that it was delivered 4 days ago...on a different address. My doorbell camera wasn't showing Fedex delivery as well. It was delivered to 221st Place instead of 221st Street even if my address was clearly posted as "street"! We knocked on that apartment and saw it was there. At least we were able to retrieve it. Whew!

This was for my granddaughter and it is one she picked out. I believe she is very happy with it. I was pleased because it was a bill to ship to and that I had to call and confirm I was sending instead of someone stealing my card. The product was received before xmas with no problem. Everyone was helpful.

I ordered and a week later I still haven't received my items. Shipping is too slow...I ordered (the same items, same price) from another company 2 days ago and received the items today. This will be the last order from heat press nation.
