Delivery was slow. I was told by online chat customer it would be delivered in 4-5 days but it took over a week. If you don't know delivery timeframes don't give a bogus timeframe. Was a big disappointment to not have enough time to construct our projects in time for a trip.

The site was very easy to see what was available and how much everything was. I chose what features I wanted and picked the heat press with those feature. The one I wanted was on back order, but someone go right back to me when I asked about delivery time. I love the press and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I was able to purchase it at a good price and delivery was very fast once the product was back in stock. Thank you.

The timeframe for delivery is disappointing. We should have been told that parts of the 6 mug press were on back order and it would be several weeks until we received them. Order was placed on January 9th and still have not received received the complete package.

It was easy no hassle when purchasing. Now i know if anything happens i have support and can purchase parts for my machine. I had a bad experience purchasing from eBay and Amazon no support for the sellers items or help. This was the best decision made to purchase from heatpress nation

I thought the press included the 4 various sizes for the mugs, etc. They did not come with this purchase when it was delivered.
For the price I paid, I thought they were included.
I have not heard any information regarding this.

Buying a heatpress online can be really sketchy and you can easily end up with an overpriced and junk press but Heatpressnation.com delivered a great product and I felt safe and secure ordering from them.

I haven't gotten my vinyl yet... because you are so freaking slow to ship I had to order from somewhere else and I already have that vinyl.
UPS tracking says I won't get my package from you unit MONDAY.
You were $3 cheaper, but I won't shop with you again. I can understand a couple of days more for cheaper, but it will be at least 10 days from the time I ordered until I get my order. That is CRAZY in 2017. I get stuff from china quicker than that!

This is my first heat press. I am in absolute love with it. Came perfectly and securely packaged. This is very easy to use and I am super happy with it. I look forward to the many times I'll be using this heat press.

It was my first time shopping here, I have problems with the delivery, ups fault, but the customer service was amazing and solve the problem really fast. I receive my order fast and the products have excellent quality

It took over a week to receive my product that I ordered. Second order in a little over a month that took over a week. I needed the vinyl project I was doing for a customers. I ended up having to buy it from somewhere else because it didn't come in.

So far I am excited to use the machine. I have been researching the past few days and I am a silksceeener but I also am interested in learning more about this exciting new world of transfers. Thank you Heat Press Nation and Affirm!

Ordered 3 basic items. Had 3 different shipments that took weeks to complete the order. Had to call to find out where things were & get tracking numbers. Had to run to a local store, pay more to get material to complete a customers order because it took so long.

Ordered May 23rd and still haven't received as of May 30th one item we've ordered.
No notification on whether the order will be sent or not too.
Wish someone could have contacted us and let us know what is going on.

Easy to maneuver around your website. Reviews were very helpful in deciding a heat press to purchase. I decided on purchasing from this company because of all of the positive reviews on their customer service. The reviews were spot on! I will share my experience with anyone who will listen. Website has some issues with showing all in stock product- I had to call to find out if they had the colors I needed. I ended up ordering some from another vendor because I couldn't order them online.

HPN continues to provide high quality products and service. The prices might not be the cheapest initially, but the quality and consistency means that in the long term you save a lot of money. Would never hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Overall I'm pleased. Very good customer service. I wish there was a little more instruction for unboxing. I wasn't sure about taking the wood piece off the bottom. I also wonder about how to open without setting the timer.

I am very pleased with heat press nation. Although my last order wasn't shipped for 3 days after I placed my order, but when I called back it was shipped quick. This was the first time I ever had that problem.

Almost everything has been great. I have gotten my purchases faster than I anticipated. However, when talking to customer service I have been directed to buy the wrong thing several times and if I hadn't asked questions to someone else, I would have ordered the wrong thing. Other than that I've been happy and will definitely order from you again.

I had a great experience. Luckily, I had no need to contact HeatPress Nation. I ordered and waited for shipment to arrive. I don't remember how long shipping took, but I do remember that it was a quick turnaround. My press arrived well packaged to protect against damage. It has worked flawlessly since the very first press, and I'm 100s of presses in with less than 30 days with the press. Temperature seems to hold, but I haven't tested the temp for accuracy. It has pressed everything at the recommended temps for the items without fail. The accessories I purchased came as described and work well with the press as described. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and this experience.

UPS was not very careful and the box had been damaged and several of the mugs were broken. I spoke to customer service and was given a refund for the broken mugs which I appreciated very much. I was very happy with your company but not happy with the ups delivery

Our press was delivered, but we were not notified as to when it was shipped and it was delivered on Friday after we left to go out of town. So the box set outside over the weekend and it rained on it, so I don't have a box if I were to need to send it back. I could have arranged to have it put inside had we received an email letting us know it had shipped, not after the fact.

The shopping experience was very user friendly and the deals that are offered are second to none, HP nation are very accurate in their products descriptions making the overall shopping experience terrific
