They need to add a variety of transfer tapes for vinyl applications. I am a pro, and you should check out the polytape corporation. Also, you need to add application spray (rapid tac and rapid remover) then you will be more complete.

I had been comparing heat presses for some time and thought that the HPN Black series was the one I would get if money wasn't an issue. When it went on sale for Black Friday, my husband thought it would be a great Christmas present for me. It was! I love it! My crafting is so much easier and more consistent now. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a heat press.

No complaints, have not had the opportunity to use sufficiently to totally evaluate. So far, see nothing to be concerned about. I did not rate customer service high as I have not had a response to my request for a copy of the manual for this press. Specifically, the control panel operation as it different from my other presses. Plus, you have not had the opportunity to respond. I must point out that I was looking for a label, sublimated patch press and wanted something a bit larger than your listed label presses. I found the new 9x12 press after this one arrived. I would have gladly purchased the new press if it would have been easier to find. Must keep in mind the ability to find is based on the person searching. So, if it would have reached out from the screen and slapped me - would have been easier to find.

I missed the Black Friday sale in 2018 but thankfully the item I had been eyeing went on sale for $1 more. I couldn't have been happier. Who doesn't love a sale?!? Easy transaction, fast shipping and item exactly as I wished and hoped for. I will definitely do business with HeatPress Nation and recommend them to others.

The only difficulty I ran into with this order was that the payment screen on the website wasn't very user friendly with my card. I was purchasing with a school issued credit card and it was rejected numerous times and even when I called in the first several people weren't able to help me get the problem resolved.

Shipping was a little high for the item. I think USPS could ship it for a lot less. $10 shipping for a $30 item seems a little high to me.

Incredibly fast shipping! Unboxing was a bit of a challenge but I love my heat press! Ready to use out of the box and the controls were easy to figure out and there was an instruction booklet as well!

Extremely happy with my machine! It's so user friendly and just what I was looking for. I use it daily and have recently purchased the bypass tray to go with it. Couldn't be happier with my purchases with HeatPressNation!

I was glad to receive my order in a timely manner, and I have been happy with the products I make using Siser vinyl. However, even with the discount, it was a tad expensive to purchase even shorter lengths of vinyl. I would be willing to buy more vinyl if the price was lowered just a little.

Everything I have bought from here was great! Except for the chromablast supplies. It took a long time to get here, and when it finally did I had so much trouble with chromablast printer and supplies.

I had problems with both delivery time and condition. The time was A FedEx problem, but HeatPress Nation handled it well. The condition, several mugs arrived broken, was either packaging or shipping, but their response was again wonderful. I won't hesitate to order from them again because of their response to the problems.

This is my first purchase with HPN. I am very happy with my products, shipping was fast, and the price was very competitive. I didn't want to deal with an anonymous online seller, that is why I chose HPN. Their service has been wonderful! I will definitely return to HPN in the future.

Put the Heat Press to work, and so far we have only done vinyl transfer and it's working well.

Prices can't be beat! Order my HTV and received it in a timely manner but it wasn't all that I had ordered. I called the company to see when the other would be delivered because I didn't see another tracking number for the rest of my order. Customer service I formed me that she didn't know what went wrong and put in a a ticket for the rest of my order to be shipped to me. Maybe because of it beginning the holiday rush; I didn't receive the rest of my order until around week later.

I bought a heat press from them and I had issues, But they were very helpful in helping me solve them but I was upset that I had them early on. I purchased one of the best one's they had so I wouldn't have any problems even knowing I wasn't going to be using it everyday. Not saying it doesn't work but a work in progress. But I think I will continue to do business with them.

The order took time getting here. I am in Ohio so it could have been travel time. I ordered a sample pack of laserjet transfer paper and was pleased with the nice selection for only 25 dollars. When I tried to learn about the Koncert T paper, I found in the summery I was reading about cords and things that seemed like came with a heat press. I think there is some small issue there, but I had to go on youtube and find information since I wasn't sure about the data on the page. I look forward to getting more things from HPN.

Hard to get customer service
On Wednesday, October 12,2016 Travis Whitmarsh responded to an open support ticket that he opened about a damaged heat press machine that was sent to me.
It appeared the back cover had been hit by impact. The damage caused the mounting position to snap off. Travis Whitmarsh said I had 2 options available. And I picked option 2 under Heat Press Nation Company's DOA policy. But I have not heard from you anymore.

We ordered the sublimation mug heat press bundle, it got lost in the mail. I spoke with a person at hpn and they told me they would get with fed ex and figure it out. They did just that, we recieved everything a couple days later. I was very happy with everything, except that despite the fragile stickers on all side of the box, the box was destroyed and a few mugs got broken. Not happy with fed ex but hpn was great

Ordered product on Black Friday hoping to receive it in time for Christmas. I was told it was out of stock, but it would ship as soon as it was available. It made itnin time and my wife LOVES it! She was able to use it to finish up some Christmas gifts. Great price, great features and well made.

The website is user friendly, so I was able to locate what I had in mind for a heat press. My heat press arrived much sooner than expected which impressed me about Heat Press Nation's Service to its customers.

I would have like to have known that the item was on backorder before I finished checking out. I ordered it from you because you had fast shipping on something I needed fast. I have not received my order yet and I am not very happy with this transaction. I understand that today is a holiday and that does slow down shipping but if you could not deliver my order in the time that was stated during checkout I should have been told at that time.

The instructions with the heatt press were inadequate. I had to call a few times for that. I am having problems with the printer communicating with the computer and technical support was no help. So far I am not real happy with doing business with heat press nation.

I come from the midwest. There was a trucking company there called Phillips 66. Their logo was a one hump camel. And their logo was "Hump'n to please". Well I'm here to tell you these folks are "Hump'n to please". They bent over backward to help me with my order. Even tho there was a few clitches on my part.
I do wish more companies had customer service as good as this. Their customer service is on par with
Amazon, which I consider to be the best on the planet. If you are considering a heat press for yourself.

I decided to order some "odd" stuff with my black and white vinyl to test out the designs. I ended up ordering a few different kinds of vinyl for different projects. Some textured, some holographic, some fun colors. I wasn't disappointed with any of it. I would definitely order again.
