I love ordering from HPN. I just wish shipping and handling was a little faster. I usually takes about a week to receive my package after I place an order, so I can not order from them if I receive an rush order from a client. The product is well worth the wait and I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend them!

I ordered a 6 in 1 Heat Press from HPN and it arrived when promised with a TON of protective layers!
That's what impressed me most.
There was damage to the boxes, (a huge hole which scared me) but when opening the box everything was in perfect condition due to the awesome packaging.
I say boxes because I think there's a box within a box for a thicker, more protected shipping.
OVERALL: I trust them.

Your website said free shipping on Siser Vinyl, but I was charged $9.95 for shipping and handling. When I called, I was offered $9.95 off my next order, but it was up to me to remember to call and ask for it after I place my next order. I was OK with that until I learned how long it would take to process and ship my order. Two days is too long. I waited longer than I should have for an order that cost me more than it should have.

The Tee-Pad assortment pack that I received from HeatPress Nation was not only at a great price, but it lived up to the description online. These accessories have made a big difference in my heat press work, especially with clothing. Thank you HPN!

I was debating on which company to buy a sublimation printer from. I had called Heat Press Nation as I had a question regarding what all came in the package. They were quick to answer the call (not one, but two times as I forgot to ask a question on my initial call). After comparing printers, cost of blanks (from other suppliers), and when I seen that they offered FOREVER Subli-Light Sublimation paper for cotton and you can use the ink that comes with the printer...I was SOLD. Order placed, now I can't wait to get the printer :)

Product was good but i still have the product on the box still not open yea Customer service was great service will be good if the will give more discount to resellers or Whoasalers for there equipment too or supplies from you guys should have more discounts.

I purchased the heat press on Nov 23. It was damaged when I received it. I called and chose to return heat press and have another shipped. December 27th and I still have not received a heat press. I called customer service and they said they had just received the other press back. I was told that by customer service, when machine was picked up that another would be shipped immediately. They are suppose to be shipping a new press out.

I bought a refurbished craft heat press and it looks brand new and works fine. This was actually my third heat press to purchase from Heat Press Nation and I have no complaints. The delivery was fast. I just wish the shipping wasn't so expensive. It really increases the cost of the press. I guess the shipping rates are high because of the size of the box and the weight. It was well packaged.

I'm a new customer. HPN has been Fantastic! I received a faulty vinyl cutter. Customer Service handled it immediately. Within just a few days I had a new cutter and it was up and running. HPN is a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to personally thank Heat Press Nation and it's staff for their professionalism and patience in answering all of my questions, taking my contact information and informing me when the item that I wanted to purchase (HPN Signature Series 16" x 20" Auto-Open Drawer) came in after being on back order for a month or so.

Most companies I've dealt with in the past would have forgotten all about me as a customer and my needs... not Heat Press Nation. It's refreshing to know that great customer service is still around and promised delivery times are kept in this fast-food, hi-tech, impersonal age. I will continue to do business with Heat Press Nation in the near future.

I have had many issues with a sawgrass printer that I purchased from them however they have been more then helpful in getting me back working and have always taken great care of me as a customer. GREAT customer service and tech support.

Got the heat press a few days after ordering. After plugging in heat press and trying it out realized it had a faulty panel. Called customer service and they overnighted a new panel. Press has been working great ever since. I say the heat press is a great press and customer service with HeatPressNation is great as well and that says a lot about a company!

The process was easy. Was in a hurry so was happy I didn't have to create an account at this time. I was trying to meet a deadline. I met the deadline with time to spare because of how quickly my order was processed and shipped. I found the site to be organized well and was able to go right to the product and then to the color and size of Easyweed that I wanted. My order was lost and I allowed 10 business days to pass before I contacted customer services to inquire about my order. The person I dealt with was very helpful and ensured that my order was filled on the next business day and shipped expeditely. I appreciate that but was disappointed that my order was not filled promptly at the first instance.

My original shipment contained the incorrect paper. Once I contacted support regarding the incorrect product, Kristopher remedied the situation right away and sent me the correct product. Thanks again Kristopher!

Love love love heatpress nation! I ordered a heatpress that came without a blot but they were nice enough to send me not just one but two blots plus a brand new mat. Wonderful customer service!

I love HPN. This is my second machine purchase. What I love most is the quality and ease of use of the machine I already own and their customer support is outstanding. I called HPN before I made this purchase. They advised me as to which machine was best for me according to my intended use. I have already referred others to purchase from HPN.

I have been working with Jerry. After me bugging her with many phone calls, she has remained patient and helpful throughout the process. Excellent customer care so far.

HOWEVER, The only disappointment for me is that the day after I set my printer up I was notified of a great sale on the Sawgrass 800, which I would have much rather purchased.

Quick and fairly simple shopping. I ordered the HPN Black Series 16" x 20" Portrait High Pressure Heat Press Machine but I received the HPN Black Series 16" x 20" Portrait Swing Away. I figured they were out of stock on the other one and just sent this one. There was no information in the box either way. My instructional DVD arrived separately also. Almost as week after I got the machine. The machine I got works fine but looks kinda used. I'm not sure if that's from the shipping or what.

I am extremely disappointed in the price and the shipping. For the amount I am spending I would like to think that my deliveries would be as scheduled. I was supposed to receive my products on Tuesday (6 days after ordering) only to be told by USPS they aren't scheduled to be delivered until Saturday (11 days after ordering). I am now late delivering my products to my customers. I will not go with this company again.

Very disappointed in shipping time. I had to call to see if it had been shipped and was told they weren't sure why it had not been shipped five days after it had been ordered. I received it two days after my call.

I Love HPN and will always be a loyal customer! My heatpress came in with a dent on the cover and they were very helpful in resolving my issue quickly. The press works great and I absolutely love the pull out draw it really makes my product much smoother. I highly recommend HPN!

I began using heatpressnation.com for my Siser and Oracal needs. They have good prices for their products. I was dissapointed with their delivery time and lack of communication about when my order left their warehouse. After a week without any information (online in my account under orders and no email) from them I had to call. Customer service was great and apologized. My order arrived in the next few days. I have since switched to a local company for my Siser and Oracal needs.

The heat press came in real quick but the quality of the product was bad. The foam and bottom plate was angled and the verry bottom of the machine was warped. Seems like who ever made it did a bad job.
