I placed two orders in a week's time. That was a month ago. For one order, I was sent the wrong item. Still no resolution. For the other order, they sent half. After contacting them a month later, they tell me that the item is backordered. Why couldn't someone just let me know that? Why can't I receive the item that I paid for in the other order? Or get a real response? Their customer service is terrible and I will NEVER order from them again.

I placed first order for the heat press and some other supplies and free shipping. Order went through, said order shipped, money was taken out of account, received supplies. I tracked the heat press and it said no information. I waited a couple of days and nothing different. So I called HeatPress and inquired about my heat press. They told me it was on back order and they sent me an email which I never received ( looked in spam). I needed my press so I decided to get another one that they had in stock but I had to wait til they refunded me for the other press. They told me they would refund my money and it would take about 3 days. So I received the money. I was so disappointed how the whole process went. Really didn't want to order it from HN again but couldn't find one I wanted as much. Of course there wasn't free shipping. Long story short I ended up with a cheaper one and spent more money. Non of the associates could help with my situation. Leaves a bad taste!

I've made a few orders from HPN in the past and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have ordered from other vendors online but keep coming back to HPN for selection, price, and value in shipping.

Spoke with customer service about the product line yesterday and made the decision to purchase based on the information and detail the rep provided. Decided on the HPN Signature 15x15 pull out drawer model.

Use. I bought a Craft Pro heat press that works fine. I also bought Neenah transfer paper that is terrible and not what I expected. Now I am back to the drawing board thinking about screen printing or sublimation because the transfers are not what I expected.

I am satisfied with Heat Press Nation, the problem I have is with the delivery of my product. The first order of cups I made had 18 cups broken 1/2 of the case. Heat Press Nation made sure my product was replaced. This order was much better but still had one cup broken, the delivery people do not take care of the packages and make sure the handle with care. Although this is not your problem I thought you would like to know.

Placing the order was super easy. I ordered the heatpress bundle with the shoe platen and the Silhouette Cameo 4 for a really great price. Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent. I would buy from them again.

Can't find replacement parts for the 12" impulse heat seamers in 10mm. The list ones I purchased for my 12" 5mm heat seamer were not correct. I need 12" 5mm heat seamer elements and teflon asap!
Please contact me regarding this and how I can send back the wrong items sent.

My first shipment was lost by FedEx and after several contacts with them no one reached out in response. I reached out to HeatPress nation and in a couple of days I received a positive response and a replacement order.

The tape that I have came from Heat Press Nation and I thought that the tape would fit the dispenser perfectly, however, the insert that goes into the center of the roll of tape is small. So in order to keep the roll of tape in place I had to wrap 2 rubber bands around the plastic insert before putting the tape on it, still not perfect but it works so far.

I love HPN, you guys sell the best of best products. I read lots of posts on different FB pages and people use lots of different brands of vinyls trying to coalate "cheap and good" not realizing that cheap doesn't always mean good. Plus I've also read where people have different problems with these other brands of vinyl and other people swear that they're great. Not one time have I ever seen anybody talk down or bad about Siser vinyl or heatpressnation. Whenever I see somebody asking for recommendations on either vinyl or heat presses or whatever even if I don't know if you sell it I recommend you guys because I know if you do sell it it's a top quality product. So again, thank you very much, I appreciate that you're actually only about 45 minutes from me so I usually get my order in a day. Keep doing what you do.

I originally thought I hadn't received all of my items. Apparently they were shipped inside the printer. I wasn't aware as I didn't open the printer as I felt I didn't need it until the other items arrived. After calling, to my surprise I learned I had them all along! Now I'm excited.

I purchased the Impress 15x15 heatpress due to a recommendation. Now I wish that I had gotten the 16x20 signature series. I was told that it would be a great entry level but the recommendation was based on their preference and not my need. The sale price was great but I would have rather paid more for what I needed. Sending it back would cost me more than what I am willing to pay. Lesson learned...sometimes the experts make mistakes too.

The whole order wasn't shipped the first time, the second order never showed up. When I called the second time, I was told that sometimes orders don't always get scanned in by UPS. I waited longer than my original order and everything, I was really patient. You shipped out another order overnight and I got it. Just as an FYI, I never received order number 2 and feel like I was not taken care of properly over the phone.

Very satisfied with this heat press, I ordered it on Wednesday and the very next day I received it! One day delivery on something this big, I was completely thrownew off guard because I wasn't expecting it for at least another 7 days! Thank you for the fast delivery and for the quality well built heat press! I am definitely buying from you guys again! Also shout out to Big Brandoh! I bought this heat press because of his recommendation!

I really appreciate the videos on each product page. It made it super easy to find the right product. So often I have to go all over the place doing research, and it takes FOREVER. When you own a small business and you're the only employee FOREVER gets expensive.

Chris Q was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. He assessed our needs and suggested which Sublimation Printer would be the best fit for our business. This made the difference in buy from HeatPressNation.com versus buying on Amazon!

UPDATE AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER

We were having issues with the setup and couldn't get the printer to print. The only customer service is chat and email. Through those options the back and forth with emails for support was exhausting. I Haven't had time to go back through emails to figure out how to remedy the situation.

Heatpress Nation is my go to company for all of my heatpress needs. This company is incredible! I am very pleased with my MPress 1500 x 1500. Shout out to Reyes on YouTube for turning me on to Heatpress Nation and this amazing product.

I thought it was my computer at first but after checking that found it is your website. It is soooo slow to order or sending me to paypal. I have never had this problem with any other website I buy from. Crazy slow. I have recieved my order which is sticky flock and I am very disappointed. The flock is dirty with black specks on it and someones greasy finger prints that wont come off and it is all bent up with kinks. I have yet to find where on the website do I get the info to send it back. To pay $20 for one sheet of sticky flock for it to be flawed this badly is ridiculous.

Everything was great n what I expected. However, I was 3miles away from Heat Press Nation headquarters to purchase HP, which I was told they didn't have any in stock, so I had to pay for delivery which was a boomer. Customer service did give me a small discount, so I guess that was cool.

The over all experience was great. The main issue that I experienced was the vinyl was not the specified dimension...I purchases vinyl that should have bee 5ydx 10in. I did notice that the vinyl was at least a half inch shy of 10 inches. This mat seem like a small variance, but it makes a huge difference when you are making bulk producta.

HeatPress Nation is amazing, however FedEx mis delivered my package and was a nightmare to deal with. They never did anything to try and find the package even though they have gps on their scanners and knew where they delivered it. I call customer service at heatpress nation because I was so frustrated with FedEx and the agent was amazing and apologized for FedEx and shipped out a replacement.

Company over all awesome just was little bothered placed and order never received it in time. When I called where ever it was suppose to ship from they nevered shipped it so I felt if I had not followed up it wapuld uave never came. I have it and I love it thanks.
