Great experience. Order via heatpressnation.com website with ease. Product arrived and looks as described on website. Eager to use new Tee Pads when using my heat press.

Website is easy to use, good product description. Post Office lost first order, and Heat Press replaced the order with a fast shipment from Fed Ex. Super company!

This refurbished heat press was in great like new condition. All the functions worked exactly as they should. It arrived quickly. I'm very happy with the total transaction.

Overall service and product were great.

Would like to see less color change fees as I'd be much more likely to order more at times.
Maybe for the first two changes by then no fee.

It took 7 days for the mugs to arrive, So if you move a lot of mugs take that into consideration.

Lots of great info on any product. Loved the videos, they were very helpful. Received Heat Press today and highly impressed! Quality was top notch and so far seems to be working great!

I am just a little disappointed that the products do not cross boarders. It makes retrieving/receiving packages and potential returns a larger hassle.

Great prices but processing time is slow due to verification process, they do not tell you to verify, found out one week later after I called them, after that everything went ok

Great experience! Mugs were delivered in a decent amount of time. Price per mug is excellent; shipping is steep... but I get it! Product is exactly as described and better than expected!

So far I am pleased with the heat press that I purchased. There was a little problem with pricing but it got resolved. Customer service is good and they handled everything professionally.

I purchased this press after reading advice and reviews at Silhouette School Blog, where there is so much information. I knew I wanted the 15 x 15 size and one that wasn't a basic model since I've had buyer's remorse in the past when I purchased something I couldn't grow into. In the ads, the press looks huge but it's a great size and the pull out lower platen is wonderful. I actually got the press the day after I ordered it because I'm close to one of their facilities. This is a great press and I'm so happy I got it.

Took me over a week get my order, and I only live 30 miles from your shop. When I called customer service. I had nothing but lies by three different people.

Called and spoke with Jason who was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. He also helped me later as I placed my order online. Very knowledgeable. Appreciated the help.

Shipping time was great. Had a problem with the timer and auto open working at first but one call to customer service and it was an easy fix. I really appreciate the payment plan options as well.

Very impressed with this heat press. So far it's reached all my expectations and more. I would recommend this machine to anyone interested in getting in the t shirt business!

If there is an option for onsite pick-up, please include the contact info or inventory availability so customers know if they can just have other options when placing an order.

It would be helpful to have more video comparisons between the different levels of heat presses. The chart only helped a little bit and doesn't even include the craft pro.
