Heatpress Nation was a 5 star. The product I ordered, PARODY Light and Dark, is questionable. This product was recommended by Melissa. I agree the colors seem to print brighter on the Parody sheets, but - - After ruining the first onesie, I watched YouTube videos. Three more onesies were ruined from the light Parody sheets. The first was my mistake with putting the design face up. I used my heatpress and a teflon sheet. No directions came with the two boxes of light and dark. After watching YouTube I put the design face down, then pressed. The design seemed to be on the onesie, but the paper would not come off the design. After ruining a total of four onesies, I feel I wasted my money. **Heatpress was set at 320 and pressed two at 12 seconds (I ruined one at this temperature.) and two at 20 seconds.

Products are always what I ordered. Never have had an issue. Been ordering from Heat Press Nation for a few years. I would prefer shipping to be a bit faster but overall I am very pleased.

Great customer service! Product was not ready to deliver when I ordered, however Heat Press Nation Customer Service called me to touch bases with me on when the product should be received and when I could expect to receive it!

I love these mugs and will definitely be buying again in the near future - 2 of them did come broken, its possible it was done in shipping. Do you guys ever run specials on these mugs?

Easy to use. The order was shipped on time but my issues are mostly with the post office where I live. Next time I would see about using another medium for delivery either UPS or Fedex.

Had a great experience love all of the products, I just wish shipping didn't costs so much. That's the only thing stopping me from ordering and trying other products.

They send me notification saying the product I wanted was in stock of which I waited for a while. Thankful to get the email so things worked out great

Very happy with the signature series 6 in 1 mug press heats up quickly does an excellent job only issue I'm finding it's on tapered shot glasses and mugs has a tendency to slide out but I would recommend this product I have other Signature Series presses very happy with.

I've shopped with you several times now, and I've never really seen any coupons offered on your site. It would be nice to have 20 or 30% off an entire order now and then.

The site is easy to use and if you are ordering out of state the wait for your item isn't outrageous. They are a great company with great self starter or even large hobby products.

Your customer service was immaculately implemented on small but very intimate scale that leads me to believe that on a grander scale it is exactly the same no matter the scale. You guys provided me with the option to pick it up at one of your warehouses, specifically the Fullerton warehouse, where all five of the workers took my info to lookup, locate, pull, and load my purchase with a almost machine like rhythm with a level of human kindness which changed my entire outlook on a warehouse labor shattering all my preconceived biases. Furthermore, the man whom responded to my phone call offered to help me with learning how to operate my machinery on his own time which i told him is not necessary but the offer was so grand he should be given some sort of merit for his personal effort to advance your companies reputation. My personal opinion is one where if i were the owner of this company i would do whatever it took to retain all these employees with a fear of losing a labor force most companies would be envious of their uncanny loyalty towards maximizing your company's efficiency, customer service, and overall reputation.

Please include instructions on how to complete constriction of mug press. The extra handle in the box was never shown on any photos or video. I finally discovered that it went on the side as a carrying handl. You also need to explain how to get all the predsure adjust equal for thr first time. Everything was way uneven. Not one was close to each other top or bottom adjustments. I measured the gap on the top and equaled it out that way. For the bottom I made them both just tuch the pad. Is there any better way to do this.

We got this press and accessories at the recommendation of my cousin. I'm so glad we did! The products are all great and I feel they allow me to create professional quality items easily.

I had purchased this item for my birthday, and haven't been able to open it up and use it quite yet. Shipping was a nightmare. It is no fault of the company, rather FedEx.

Had a few that were broken during 1 shipping which was not their fault but they replaced them right away. I have ordered more. Great mugs with a great price. They sub very good.
