I couldn't find the optional sizes to look at and select on the website. I know the 16x16 will work just fine but I would have liked to look at a longer one and priced it.

Also, the product was to be delivered on Monday but I received it the following Thursday. Not sure what the problem was.

Well I have received a lot of help on my purchase. I completed two different orders in the same day. I have received one of my orders which took a little longer then I had hoped but thats fine. The other one, which is my vinyl cutter, is still processing. The software is on backorder and they won't ship the cutter until the software comes in. The 4 stars is going down quickly. I emailed Heat Press Nation about when they expect the software, and they emailed back in a timely manner saying that they expected it on the 10th. Here we are on the 12th and the software is still on back order. I'm a little frustrated.

Just started making tshirts and am looking forward to using this heat press. It's construction is solid and it fires up so quickly. I can't speak to much else as we just received it last week...

One of the electrical AC adapter prongs on the 15"x15" Black Series HeatPress I received was damaged and bent inwards, but I was able to bend it back. I just hope it doesn't severely limited its longevity.

Quick and easy. Would be nice to see actual photos of the unit I am receiving. Since I am spending $500 for something I can not see the condition of. Makes me a little nervous Shipping is a little high but I understand that these things are heavy.

Received the item within a few days. Getting this thing out of the box was a pain. It was bolted to a piece of plywood and the bolts were stripped so it made it extremely difficult to remove the plywood. A heads up on that would have been good. Also. No manual was included with the press.

Once out of the box and hooked up. The press did not work. Just beeping over and over and not heating up. I sent an email to support and they took nearly a week to respond. Was not impressed with their response or time it took them to respond.
While waiting for support I took the back panel off to look for loose wires. There was one and I plugged it back in securely and the beeping went away. The press started heating and working as expected.

I suggest you let people know about the plywood packing and provide some instructions on how to remove it easier. Or provide a different way of attaching it to the plywood. It would also be nice to have a manual included. Even if it was just a printed manual. Quicker email support would be great too.

Overall. We are happy with the press. It is huge and seems to work well. Only used it a couple times so far.

Easy to navigate site and make purchase. This machine made my shirt making so much easier. I absolutely love it and would definitely purchase again! The slide out is the best.

Everything has been fine, except I'm disappointed that the heat press I ordered is not in stock right now. I am hopeful that it will ship by the given time frame.

Received everything I ordered in a very timely fashion. Quality is good. Only issue is that the heat press stand I purchased went on sale for black friday for $20 less!

This is the second time I had a bulk order missing a $100 roll of vinyl. I had to wait for reshipment under time constraint.

I then had a horrible time waisting vinyl to realize my siser was not at 20" as specified. Somerolls were daringly 18 3/4" and 19". NONE were 20" wide out of the rolls I ordered.

How many missing inches in total? Too depressed and let down to count.

Always prompt. Good to excellent quality. Prices are competitive. The easiest to use vinyl on the market. Works extremely well even when doing multi-layer pressing.

It would be nice if you had free shipping on large orders. I have to admit that I am a little disappointed having to pay almost $30 for standard shipping.

Had difficulty finding what I wanted at first, but once I found it the checkout was quick and easy. Ground shipping came exactly one week from the date I ordered!

Product description on website was great! Price and quality was good. However, instructions were sparse but I have been told other brands don't even get instructions shipping time was awesome!
