I am very upset with UPS and you guys. UPS attempted to deliver two hours earlier than what they sent in the email. I calles UPS to find out that y'all put a restriction saying that it couldn't even be left at a UPS hub. I called you guys to see if it could be released and the person who I spoke to acted like he didn't understand what I was asking and kept repeating what I was asking without helping me. I finally told him that I would NEVER order from you guys again because he didn't help me. He laughed and said, "OK". I just spent almost $1000 with you guys and the rep waa not willing to help me. Therefore, I will purchase my supplies from another company.

This is my second purchase from Heat Press Nation easy ordering efficient delivery and both orders had the best shipping prices of the others
This my second mug order the first order was from another company they had a free shipping special for the same size order and their packaging protection was far superior the inter carton was protected with bubble wrap the recent order from Heat Press Nation was not as protected and a couple of the mugs were chipped

So far, so good. I do need to call about my handle, so we shall see how that is handled, but I am not concerned. I have read about their great customer service and expect nothing less. Thanks!

Prices look great but I could not find the code for free shipping that was offered when I bought my siser htv. First purchase, we will see how it goes.

I would like to see there being other offers for 100 transfer papers too not just only 50 sheets.Obiviously the price will be different I know that part.

Heat press arrived very quickly, and in good condition despite the box being all beaten up and styrofoam broken inside. Have not cranked it up yet, but no visible scuffs or exterior damage.

Shipping was def too long especially since it arrived damaged and it wasnt my fault. You guys should do a 2 night shipping for broken items. But atleast item came perfect the second time.

HPN will forever be my #1 go to when I need supplies and equipment, the products are for real quality. None of that crappy poorly made bunch of junk others try to sell you.

Shipping takes much longer than other companies I have ordered from. Also, first time customer discount would be a plus (just for crafters has faster shipping and better prices.)

Nice and smooth. The machine took a while to come because hotronix was doing inventory. I was made aware of this before hand by ether hotronix or heatpressnation. Can't remember that part.
