I would have given them a zero if I could. I ordered my daughters prom dress from this site thinking it was a Canadian company. It was over $200 Canadian dollars plus express shipping fee. Prior to being delivered I received an email from dhl for an additional 3
$30 for duty if not the dress would not be delivered. Upon opening the package the beading which were the wrong colour start falling off and the dress did not look like the dress from the website. I reached out to their customer service and they advised me that I cannot send the dress back, they offered 10% refund which I refused, them 20%. Now they are offering me 30% and if I send the dress back it will be at my expense and it will also cost me 20% restocking fee. How can this be allowed? Where are the consumers protection from these vipers. Please do not waste your money. Support your local businesses. Hebeos customer's service is plesant when ordering from their site. When you have take a return that's when they are mo longer accommodating. Yoyo their customer service representative refuses to provide refund details such as where to send the item or how to send the item. What Hebeos customer service does is continue to send you more questions requiring various amounts of proof but they don't send you the information needed to return the item. I'm attaching 3/8 pictures I've sent them to show that the dress was poorly made and doesn't fit. They are now asking for my measurements and will not give the information needed to get a refund.
