I departure from Thailand). Seller based in England. I ordered to ship to French due to I rested at my friend's home. I'm follow up many time but seller confirmed that the item will delivered within Aug-21.
But there was not package shipped. It's very crazy, over 1 month the package didn't arrived. I tried to follow up and request to cancel but seller denied due to the item already process. And the reason, seller told me that England was out of EU country. Until now I never had contact from seller and refund my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Very concern to make business with this seller.
