Hertzrentalcar

This really should be two reviews but I'm gonna combine it into one. Firstly, I rent cargo vans from Hertz for work twice now I've gone to pick up my van and they didn't have it once it was replaced with a mini van I made it work, the next time I had to go pick it up at another location 12 miles away but they told me I could return it at the location that I rented from when I return the van she says everything is fine and I live then I see my invoice showing that I'm being charged for 400 miles now I've rented these vans eight or nine times never had a mileage charge I called them and asked I said, why is there a mileage charge? She says well you picked it up at a box truck location I asked what does that have to do with anything and she said that location charge is mileage that's not what my reservation was at and I don't have a box truck, well they said sorry but you need to pay mileage I asked do you charge mileage on cargo vans she said no but you have to pay because of the location. Makes no sense I now rent from enterprise.
The next thing is hertz says sign up for a gold membership for discount and receive one free day with min purchase of 3 plus I got a coupon one free day for my birthday and they also have a low price guarantee for a full size car for 1 week 1 day it comes to $303 if I try and use the promo code for the free day it goes to $425 and the birthday promo it goes to $456 same dates times and location called they quoted $533 I rented it on Priceline for $244
