“Hester's towing more like "Heffa's"”

Car was towed to this place. I called to see pricing to retrieve my vehicle.The lady was extremely rude unprofessional and talk over me. I thought we was having an argument about "my car". I went in to submit my paper work and she was still with a chip on her shoulder. Life can't be that misery lady.
