I ordered a starter for my 01 focus but before it had arrive found out didn't need a starter so i fallow the return policy and they are still saying that they haven't received the starter 1.5 months later and then tell me to speak with ebay that they will refund me and ebay has not even heard of this company and now they have completely blocked me from emails i will be reporting them to the better business bureau and filing theft charges and Contacting a small claims lawyer which I have several of them I promise they will be shut down

They emailed me multiple times, and after several weeks actually did refund my bank account where the money's had been withdrawn from. Still need a starter over almost 2 months later, plus I'm minus my return cost for shipping the wrong parts they sent to start with, am still left without my vehicle and feeling bruised, poorer, and transportationless.
I ordered a starter and was shipped a starter, but the wrong one, they said that I ordered the wrong one and told me to order the only other one listed and return the incorrect one. I ordered the other one and it was an even worse fit than the 1st. When I emailed them again, they gave me an RMA# and asked for the tracking number of the package I'd mailed to them which contained both starters in perfect condition and in the original packing, and they promised a refund, in full, on both.
They LIED.
Instead of the refund they'd "guaranteed", I got an email saying their account was frozen and to start a "PayPal case", which has nothing to do with this.
They are a RIPOFF and need to be shut DOWN.

I ordered window tint through them, even though tracking says it was delivered to my address, it was NOT. They will not make it right. I had to order replacement tint from another vendor, that I received within 5 days. They will not refund me my money, nor send a replacement. Bad buisiness. Will not make the mistake or ordering from them again.

I purchased an alternator from these people, put it in and after a few months it killed my new battery and burned up. I tried for some time to get someone to reply to my emails for another two months. They kept saying send us a video of it? I took pictures and sent them twice. Finally they sent me an email saying they would give me half on return and that I could fix it myself? It had burned windings...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I footed the bill for a new battery ($200) and a new alternator from Autozone for $200. These cheap Chinese parts are garbage.
