After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Great all around no complaints easy to use and browsing is done easily, layout is good to help making bidding simple and fast
Self discovered while looking for a new vehicle
Registering is easy. And using the actual bidding and live auction is also easy. Will use again.
State specific and ease of use
First time bidding and will be back next week to get more stuff
In Maricopa said something on IG
I had called with a question before the auction and left a message as there was no agent to answer my call. NO ONE returned my call. I find that unacceptable
The bidding process was functional. It is important to have lot numbers on items that are to be in an auction. I see another auction that have items I am interested in bidding on but after 18 pages of things listed I saw there were no lot numbers assigned. I tried to scroll through the pages of items and I determined that without lot numbers, it was just too hard to follow when the hour long auction was taking to complete. I will pass on bidding on any further auctions that do not have lots numbers assigned. It is not the way to have a seller market their items
No returned call back after leaving a message
Seller was listed on your site
Pictures are clear, descriptions are good, and it's easy to follow along with the bidding. Website responds to bidding quickly so you know your bid is accepted or if you need to increase.
I used it once before and had really good luck with it.
Well I think that your percentage is too high and was not expecting that
Because of Sheboygan Discount Warehouse otherwise I would not be on here
Constant problems, could not log on to auction. Called office got voicemail!
Got kicked off several times.
Drama
I didn't chose hybid but the property owner lost a lot of money if buyers cant log in and bid!
Most vendors open for a few hours on Saturday to make it easier for those of us who work. Not auction mongers from Richmond hill. The cost of the item and shipping and buyers premium cost as much as retail. Should have read the fine print
Managing the site is easy and I found more than I was really looking for.
Bidding has been made simple and the reminder emails that are sent to advise you makes it easy. I didn't have to live on the site to ensure I got the item.
Smooth, simple, well run.
It was suggested to me from a family member.
For the most part your platform is very user friendly and does what it supposed to do very well. Unfortunately I do not like the fact I can not change my maximum away bid for a lower number. Could be a matter of a typo or just a change of mind on how much I would like to spend, but to have the option of changing that maximum away bid would make the platform and experience leaps and bounds better.
I have every grandchild looking for rocks since they could walk. They love the auctions so much
Great selection
I was excited to bid on several items with HiBid but did not expect to win all. What bothered me most was the lag. I would bid and it would not appear for what seemed like a long time. Then another bid appeared immediately. That would be an auto bid set up in advance? I could not find where to do that. Maybe a lack of experience with HiBid. So I gave up. I did win 3 bids. Yay!
I chose HiBid because of the type of auction, surplus and police confiscations.
The site is fairly simple seek and find. I use it all the time.
The resources are limitless and secure.
This was my very first bid. It went really well and I was very pleased with the items I purchased.
It was recommended by a friend.
I found it very positive compared to other sites. I did find that it was hard to get to the actually "bid live" interface. I could not find the link to it intuitively and I had to wait until a pop up suggested it as an option. I like to have one screen open to the current bids that are closing while I am looking lower down the screen at other items that are coming up within the next 5 to 10 minutes without having to scroll up and down. The lots are constantly changing so it is helpful to be able to move between two screens instead of scrolling up and down. Especially when the live bidding is on.
I chose HiBid because of location. I need auctions near to me and HiBid offers multiple options all the time.
Wonderful service and friendly people answering the phones
Quality auction items
Selecting items to watch and/or for bidding is very easy to understand and accomplished with just a few clicks. Soft closing allows one to respond to last second competing bids and improves the outcome for the seller and the buyer.
Convenience.
When one places a maximum bid, the auctioneers who are in most parts the owners of the auctioned items get to see the maximum bid, and accordingly they do tend to shadow bid if the price stays marginally below the highest possible at hand.
The Auctioneers are provided with bidders reviews provided by other auction houses, and accordingly tend to block bidders who receive bad reviews or are claimed to have bad payment histories. This is done without due consideration that a number of this platform users may not be very ethical or honest in their dealings with the bidders ( misrepresentation, shadow bidding, double charging for the same invoice after being paid by e-transfer on onsite, refusal to return defectives, etc). All these issues and related complaints are of no concern to Hibid management as it does not want to be a part in the resolution of any dispute!

I recently purchased a car on your platform. I appreciated the descriptions of power, cranks, start because I failed to view the car before I purchased it. When I picked up the car they are kind enough to take her to the street so you don't have to worry about a tow truck if you can get it started which I eventually did. They did not force me off the street while I was doing so and I appreciated that would have loved to have access to power to air up the tire but I made do. And now it's a tune up and a few repairs I'm driving the vehicle full time.
A friend of mine showed me on his phone and I thought I could get a good deal for once in my life.
Could use to add an icon that would allow the user to move from one item to the next without having to exit each time. Also, when using watch list to bid, could use exact time left to bid and not have to refresh.
Was super happy to win 2 lipo batteries that are for a rc truck but then went to getting shipping and then was told it will not be able to ship it cus it was batteries and now waiting to here about my refund but they said I will most likely only get credit for there next auction cus I don't have cash app and some other one rather then just putting it back in my bank so not overly happy
Hi I'd is a great site to use for specific items or general interests. Gave 3 stars due to the fact that one should be able to retract a bid, due to its great pricing some might get buyers remorse and want to remove their bid. A grace window of 15 mins would be sufficient
Easy to use!

This was my first time bidding on this platform. It wasn't too hard to figure out as long as you read through all of the fine print. I would say it went well until I received my items. The description was NOT accurate at all. I bought a lot of 5 items that were labeled as being in mint condition. 2 of the 5 were cracked/fractured making them worthless. These didn't show up in the pics or the description. They weren't packaged properly either. I wasn't really impressed. I will probably shy away from bidding again. The blame probably falls more on the specific auction/auctioneer than HiBid itself but I would be careful...
Just happened to come across it online.
