I would like to have a history of auction sites that I have searched and/or bid on. I do not see why you have to keep putting the zip code in to find what i have bid or searched. Your system is great just a thought!

I like the platform & the merchandise. It was slightly difficult to keep track of multiple items right at the end of the bidding. I lost the bid to a few things as it was my first time bidding. I thought the items went a little high for an auction site but now I know what to expect.

I did have a hard time figuring out how to get signed up, but after I got signed up it was easy to bid and an email was sent every time someone outbid me and everything I bid on was right there in the email.

Very helpful and explained everything very well.

Great people to work with you will learn your different auction companies and will see who has the most items that you are interested in. I have been dealing with this site for 6 years and only had a couple of problems

I have been using Hibid for about 2 years now. Buying some much wanted toys to materials for the new build. I find great values if I am patient and have no buyers remorse. I am careful to read terms and no longer buy from Canada due to vague terms and sometimes trouble with shipping.

I call the auctioneers listed if I want quick response.

I was able to filter the application to find those many auctions that were selling the items I was restoring. A great way to identify and competitively bid on items that I previously did not know existed.

Have used HiBid several times through a couple of Auction companies. Always seems smooth and effortless. The only issue is with the refreshing of the live page during closing. Sometimes the internet is not your friend and you can miss out on items during a stalled refresh. Can be frustrating, but not the end of the world.

Being a first time bitter I was really impressed with how easy. It was to participate. I loved the wide selection that they offer. Everything was clear, easily accessible, easy to understand, and seemed very, very fair. I especially like the fact that if somebody bids in suddenly at the end, they then add 2 minutes to the bidding. Picking my items up was extremely easy, the instructions on how to do it were perfect.

It's almost impossible to bid on multiple items closing with few second/ minutes from each other. Especially when they are not close to each other on the lineup. By the time you find the item again and wait for the bid to go through on one item, the other one has close.

Some auctions are good and others are not. The Shipping is terrible on some and others not. Some I would like to bid on but no shipping and even if they do ship it makes you not want to bid cause it's too much to ship. Why would one silver dollar cost 9-12 dollars to ship.

Don’t remember what it was for but got it fixed

When bidding at the end on one item everything went well. On the second item after my bid at the closing someone bid. As the 20 secs on the site passed nothing I did would allow me to bid again. It was an expensive item and I tried to up my bid. The seconds on my phone said 10 seconds left to bid and the site did not respond. I tried three times in that 10 seconds to bid. You lost money and I lost a chance at getting an item I really wanted.

When it went to bid live, the refresh rate was either too fast, too slow, or sometimes froze up. For some reason it showed me winning an item I did not willingly or knowingly bid on. The only thing I can surmise it that it moved items on me without my knowledge.

Over all.I've been very pleased, but lately I've noticed.Some auction companies are getting sloppy with product descriptions.And they're not exactly what they've been described.They would say it's one brand and when you get there.It's a different brand thankfully.The auction house made good and refunded but I hate auction credit

I will be recommending this site for sure...It was so easy to bid & it kept up-without lagging...It performed as it was supposed to-with not even one lil hiccup...I can really appreciate that...I love bidding on auctions & HiBid made it such a good experience with the way they're all set up...

Picture quality is terrible, like going back to.3mp cameras used in 2007. The app doesn't save your preferences, I have to reset it to 100 items per page every time. And it glitches constantly. I look ahead to see what is coming up and if I click on an item and return it takes me all the way back to the beginning rather than where I was at in the catalog. This is especially annoying when it might take me back 400 or 500 items. It is really annoying when you click on an item and it glitches you to the next item so you don't even get to see the item you were interested in then sends you back. There is no way to rate the auctioneers, good or bad. Outbid notifications are hit or mis, and it will not always show that you have been outbid even while watching the item.

I had a problem with one company and I called them and they said I had not been blocked by their company that it was a glitch on your end. When I called HiBid they said the could not find the problem to contact the auctioneer.

The interface provides a good description of each item, as well as an experience not unlike an in-person auction. I enjoyed the process, the deals, and the ease of use. However, the app was glitch at times and I had to frequently refresh my browser.

I think the online auctions are great. The prices are good.and the items are great. Like any auction, you are not always going to be interested in the majority of the items, but I always find interesting things to bid on.

A large estate guaranteed a vast array of items to pursue! There was much in high demand, and yet still many bargains to be had. Conveniently located for local pickup, it was an easy transaction! Recomended!

I was bidding on several items the last time I was bidding on the auction. I had no trouble logging on to the site. I experienced no problems during my bidding. I won the bidding in four items, and again. I had no problems or issues. When I went to pick up the items on the next day. The process was easy and the wait for my items was about 10 minutes. In all, I experienced no problems.

It was almost impossible to get to live bid. I was following a particular lot number, got a phone call, and when I went back to follow the bid the number I was bidding on was not shown. The number before and after was shown and the bidding was still in the active state. I had to try several things to get my lot number displayed again. Happened on more than one lot.

I've been using HiBid for years now, I'm a reseller as well as a consumer, live if the middle of flyover country and need an active way to source for my business. One of the things that I love about the program is you can set your filters to find almost anything, however you really need to be wary of the consequence of your choices...ie...USA or Canada and Shipping or No Shipping Auctions. I also have my set auctioneers, the ones that I love and trust, and although they send me emails with upcoming auctions, I can quickly look them up by name and see what they have.

I had to enter my credit card info 3 times before it was accepted, which was frustrating. During the auction, the platform would not allow me to bid. I ended up using the email links on my phone each time I was outbid in order to enter a bid. It was not a user friendly experience.

Always fantastic with the many auctions I have participated on. Hibid has enabled me to be able to change course what I sell in my business to increase my profits. Hibid is my main source for inventory.
