As a new bidder, I am enjoying this new hobby! I won one & lost several but all in all it was a great experience. I was thrilled to see the automatic shipping on my item. I was concerned about how I would do that. Thank you to a fine auction house.

This company is a bunch of rip offs
Mist of the time i have missing item and not getting a refund.there customer service sucks.the last items i purchased i have not received a refund and i cant get a hold of anyone.
Do not buy from these croaks.

This seller often has multiple quantities with condition ranging from Rough - Good - Excellent. The photos of the actual item does not provide enough detail to show why one is Rough, another is Good and almost identical one is Excellent. I would prefer more detail or explanation as to why the difference between identical items being sold. Thanks! I

First of all I cannot say enough positive things about cincyauctions auctioneers they are extremely helpful and do a great professional job.
However, the Johnson auctioneers are rude and nasty. I missed my pickup date (my first time around winning auctions from them) and I tried to make other arrangements lol they basically were so rude about it. I will cut my losses!
Just be careful and watch which auctioneers are doing the auctions as they have several

Highly recommend cincyauctions kudos to them I will purchase Everytime. Even when I missed my pickup date they worked with me!

I didn't utilize any user aids that may be available, so it's pretty intuitive. The one feature I missed was when there were multiple items offered on an "each" basis. I bid thinking it wss the whole lot! I definitely won that one. But that was probably cause I was bidding well after midnight! The scope of the offerings is amazing.

After logging in I found the auction and items I wanted to bid on. I placed my bid and edited till the auction ended to see if I won. Yeah, I got both items I was interested in, now I just have to go pick them up!

HiBid provides access to a variety of auction houses. Bidding through HiBid simplifies the registration, bidding, payment, and shipping. It is definitely one of my go-to sites for those hard-to-find items.

Bid on state surplus and easy to increase bid when needed or to let the item go. Also love the watch and note feature of app. Only issue was trying to find how I could go in and reduce my maximum amount to bid.

Registration and bidding were easy. I liked that the site remembered me so I didn't have to log in over and over. One thing that would be better are text alerts to notify us when we are outbid. My emails were delayed and I missed out on an item that I really wanted.

Very helpful with shipping only the items that I wanted from one of the lots, which will save me a lot of money.

We liked all the pictures and clear descriptions of the the difference lots we bid on. The app does a great job of keeping you up to date, even during the closing bids.
The only negative input we have was not knowing the exact pickup location and having our invoice until 9am in the morning, which was only 3 hours before we could go and pick up our items.

I've been bidding for a while now and have always been treated well when picking up my order. 345 folks were great today even when I didn't get a scheduled time. They accommodated me and I was able to get in and get out quickly

I won and paid for an item. The item was damaged and not as described. I contacted Encore and we decided a partial refund would be acceptable. I have never received the refund and am now being ignored by Encore.

Won an item on auction, 6 weeks later had still not received it, even after numerous e-mails and phone calls. Had to report as fraud to the credit card company and registered a complaint with the BBB complaint no *******

Hibid is full of scammers. The company itself does not care about the buyer. No Guarantees. I have been told they ever let the seller know who the high bidder is, NO GOOD. I was locked out of bidding on two occasions. When I sent my complaint to Hibid with the Error Message that I received, all they said was your fine on our end. Yet to date I can not increase a bid on ny item. Scam Scam Scam!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy it was! I just contacted the house I wanted items from by either phone or email, to see about shipping to Canada or to have my parcels sent to US address as my daughter in law lives there! They said no problem! All of them! Also told me that easier and CHEAPER to mail to address in the USA! Customs charges and taxes will eat your money up fast having items shipped from the US! All was great as everyone was prompt with both any replies and invoices!

Everything I bought was in new condition and Joanne was very helpful to us. She's a great employee

I was trying to buy a car but I could not see what the person had bid. It kept telling that I had been outbid after about 10 attempts. If there was a way to see the high bid when someone bids would be great.

This and most of my other experiences have been great. Ladage auctions as well as most others have been great. Saying that, I've had 3 bad dealings with ogle auctions, as in paying and never receiving my items, only to watch them listed again. Repeated email and texts, phone messages left with no response. I don't bid in ogle auctions anymore. Unlike all of the others, they're very disreputable.

During bidding there were at least 3 lost connectivity and resets.

Typical auction ends at 7pm open bids for an hour and you cant get bid in because their server keeps loading. Would have bid again on 3 items but couldnt get to bid again kept reloading. Has happened on other sites, well heres another one. Dont get to secure in your winning. Reloading reloading

I've never used an online auction and have only been to one in-person auction before. Pretty simple to understand and follow. I won about half of the items I bid on and feel good about my first experience.

Auctioneers control all, even before auction starts they can hold your bid or cancel it. Just say you want to bid and they got a buddy wants it, means you got no chance and if you ask Questions or complain they band you from all there auctions ( too much control should be monitored) i had won 3 bids and paid right way and paid shipping rt after bid. I bid this certain auction and they left my bid on pending? Stayed like that for a while so ask to have bid cancelled. They said I had to be checked out ( what the hell) hi-bid already did that and they had my credit card. So i ask to cancel my bid on that item lol so they band me shady sight want go back deleted my info

I love that all of the auctions are in one place and that I can sort them by location. But the best feature is that after I look at an item in detail and hit the back button it goes right back to where I was at on the previous page!
