After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
The guys at the River City Auction in San Antonio are very hard working. Always work to get me my winning items.

East to navigate and use. The site is addicting as you can find just about anything your looking for... so fare warning to the newcomers..

Auctions are good. But pick up for people who work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. And have to take a day off kind sucks

Soft close is a bit of a pain when busy but other than that easy to use and can get some super deals.

So far it's nice. Went and paid today and go pick up tomorrow, that'll be the deciding factor on if I use it again.

Does not send out invoices or receipts. Will not allow local pick up charges excessive shipping fees to make extra money on sales.
Called asked about color number on bid.They got back with when they were there. Answered all my questions very nice to work with.
Easy to bid and not have to put up with rude people or parking issues. Has been a very good experience so far. No complaints!

I won 4 coin auctions. 2 days went by with nothing, I email, Randy says "u didn't win and now your banned. WTF

I buy and sell I love the fact I don't have to sit at an auction house or walk around a huge flea market and look at pallet crap I can look at what I wanna look at.

The User Interface makes it easy to view items up for auction, entering bids, and monitoring the final bidding in real-time
I like the quality of the items auctioned and they have a rating system to let auctioneer's know the condition.
As always Rocket staff is nice and helpful from settlement to pick up. Every vendor I have used have been great.
