After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Easy to monitor my bid. Notifications were timely. Pickup was organized (even got a reminder phone call!)

The sell broken $#*! and are dishonest a $#*!! Made you think they were new when they were all locked up.

I was banned From a HiBid auction house because the woman at MEM auction house in indianapolis got emotionally wounded since I did not appreciate having to go to a bank machine because she stopped taking credit cards (a sign of a failing business usually). I did nothing wrong. Did not yell or call anyone names. After I went to get her cash she then refused to sell me my items. It appears Hibid has a secret bidder rating service which allows other auctions that have absolutely nothing to do with your issue the ability to also ban you. Commercial liquidators In Indianapolis banned me for being "rude" to MEM auctions a few days ago and I had been buying from them since my incident at MEM auction house. I gave the clown at Commercial liquidators a piece of my mind and now he can ban me all he wants. Many items he sells are broken and missing pieces so I had already limited my purchases to almost nothing. I have submitted a case to the Indiana attorney general and I am hoping that local on line auctions will be required to have a license just like live auctioneers are required to have in Indiana. I will stay as far away from HiBid as I can now. I have been attending auctions for the last 30 years and have never had problems like this. HiBid allows unlicensed and scary individuals to start an auction even in their garage if they want. So buyer beware. The auction business has been seedy for a long time and be careful you do not hurt any auction company feelings. Luckily the better auction houses in Indianapolis have abandoned HiBid which is where I do all of my business now. Please lobby your local politicians and force them to require on line auctions to get a permit or auction license. Stay safe!

Bought a pool from capitol auctions on hibid for 700. Most of it was missing a d could not use. They only gave me a 350 refund.
Well organized and fast moving kept me from being bored. Could have been more inviting with descriptions and clear pictures with good lighting.
