After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
My budget didnt allow me to buy much this time but I'll try it again as long as the pickup location is within the area where I llive!
I uploaded the wrong credit card so I talked to the nice lady in the office! And we got it worked out!

Easy and convenient. On moving vehicles and or tractors really need the video so all online bidders can see and hear how the item moves and acts.

I've been using Hibid to find local auctions and specific items, such as e-bikes. Found numerous sites that auction E-bikes and they ship.

The only suggestion I have would be the ability to look up items by lot number. Also thr search function only brings up exact words.

A local in person auction went online with hi bid and that's when I discovered the other auctions

It was easy to tell what I bid and what my max bid was. Click on bid type the amount click again and it was done. Trouble free each time I bided.
You have shipping on most of your sites so I get a larger area to shop.

I have been using HiBid for over 3 years now and never had an issue that amounted to anything. All is good.
I chose HiBid, using mostly their online-only auctions. I like this much better than standing at an in-person auction that sometimes lasts for hours with little results.

I don't know why I had to put in a 'card' because I paid cash or would have paid with Paypal. All in all though, it was fun and exciting.
I tried to bid, got a message my email was already in use. After several attempts to correct that, i called customer service but before they called I ended up just using a different email.
I used HiBid to bid on the online auction that was in my area, and I may be wrong but from what I thought, I wouldn't be able to bid unless I registered with HiBid.
