After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Everything worked. No errors, no malfunctions, just bidding.

Bid on 50 plus items and no items were sold. Also, a delay in accepting bids.

I had no negative issues with bidding for any items I was interested in.
In many cases received items in good condition. My disappointment is on items not proper looked at by staff on are put out to bid on that are garbage.
