After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Items as described, easy pay and pickup. Auction Rocket do a great job and very organized and Professional at pickup.
I was never notified that I had won any items. I might have missed the pickup window had I not been paying attention.
My bids were held as "pending" for many, many minutes as the ending time for the auction continued to be extended. Very disconcerting.
Not much choice for access on this particular auction.
Bidding seems to be driven up and when you win a good auction they seemed to not be able to find it when you go pick it up.

I was the high bidder for the item I bid on, but the auctioneer chose a lower in house bid as the winner.
I was told that even if the HiBid portal accepted my bid, it was the auctioneer’s discretion to accept the lower bidder as winner over my bid. When I contacted the auction house I was told an in house bid is preferred as it is not commissioned to HiBid.
Because I thought it would make offsite bidding easier - it only made it disappointing
Was loaded quickly. And very nice people. They knew where everything was that was bought,so it was collected quickly..
Its like driving old car. From 1960s. It kind of gets you were you want to go but you wish you had something touch more modern.

Please put the pick up/ load out date and time on main screen. Some of us work for a living. Other than that good.
The auctioneer was helpful when called and with loading.My experience has been other companies are no touch.
Asked auction if they could load since I am on light duty .The auctioneer went over and beyond to be helpful.

I purchased a nightstand for $10. A $71 charge was placed against my account. I have never had this happen before.
I contacted the auction house directly and will contact customer service if they are not able to resolve the issue.
The 2 items I was bidding for were as good as I had expected.

Able access local auctions
The lot I bid on appeared to be bid for lot. There was no explanation of bid per piece in lot. Most likely my fault for lack of due diligence. There was also poor communication with the auction in response to questions about the lots.
I had heard good things about pulling in many auctions into a single site. Issue not realy with Hi Bid but the auction itself.
Woke up early to bid, won two lots, auctioneer extended time by 9 hours, lost both lots. Won't be using platform again.
Each time I need information, the auctioneers have been very prompt in response to questions. When I'm able to schedule a pickup time, pickups are easy and cuts down on the number of people picking up purchases. I've had only 1 issue with a delivered product but was due to the one delivering, not the auction co. My overall experiences have been good.

I’ve been doing business with HiBid for a while. I purchase items for home and descriptions are good. When I need information the auctioneers have been quick to respond. I am not able to load heavy items or have anyone who can help at times. So, I always appreciate any help and think the guys who help me should be tipped well.
While bidding on several instances of the same product It was difficult to see, which one was winning because of the timers… I would suggest breaking them up with a different product… Thank you

Liquidators Plus is close to me. I have been buying from them a long time. It is run by the best people in the world. They sell on HI-Bid.
As a repeat customer, I plan on using HiBid again and again. Easy bidding process. I would recommend using a computer over a phone. It's a little easier to navigate. HiBid gives you plenty of notice and time to re-bid on items if outbid.
The company I work for used this service for an auction and have been using it since then.
Hibid was great till I had a issue with a auction company riping me off they put my account as pending. Now I can't even bid on auctions they take the auction house word. Don't even reach out to the bidder ask full story. I bid on here all the time had no issues till. I got ripped off sold junk didn't work from auction company. Hibid hold on my account let auction house screw with my livly hood. I use site make money resale no can't use because hibid ban my account. Because I left a bad review for the auction company.
This new online format works really well and shortens the auction time. Much more convenient for buyers!
I bid on an electric scooter that they said wasn't missing any parts but as soon as I got it I noticed it is missing a battery.

As a person who is new to online auctions,I have to say that HiBid has made it easy for me to locate many different auctions. I have learned to be careful and wary of items with bad photos. Items are as is and sometimes photos don't show the damage. I recently bid on two rollerblades and upon pick up found both to be damaged beyond use. I was a little surprised that an auction house would list something so damaged.But that is no reflection on HiBid. After all they don't actually run the auctions themselves. I had one issue when trying to bid on items with the RSM auction. My bids were kept pending all day until the auction closed so all of my bids were rejected which I found extremely frustrating. Overall I have found some lovely things and would recommend HiBid to anyone looking to enter the auction world.

REALLY like this site & can hours perusing! Ike to see a couple changes... IF bidding is scheduled to end AT NOON, it should END AT NOON, I understand it's for MORE money, MORE bids, MORE commissions, however, true professional bidders will take exception to "bidding time extended" after we've been the top bidder. TWO, why does my screen say "may have won"? I am the high bidder, I won, but someone needs to decide whether I won or not? THIRD, I won an auction a while back, called to schedule payment and was told I was not the high bidder? That auction was simulcast on another site, and I was outbid? That's sorry. Fix these issues, or at least a believable explanation please.
Found by accident
It was a very good auction. The only problem I had was the site locked up once and I ended up on something totally different from what I wanted to bid on and of course, won the bid on something I didn't want.
