After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Big disappointment. One item that I purchased is not working at all which is extremely disappointing: Electric Pole Saw.

Er about 3I4 of the sale was completed it was paused and started over with a 3 hour extention and sold lots were resold. I think a sold lot should stay sold. After 50 years of buying@ auctions this is a first

Not timely, system glitches, obvious reserves on merchandise, multiple visits to review the auction sites, extra mileage to retrieve merchandise!
Everything seems to be going online, which IMO has many faults! I get the deal, it provides the biggest audience appeal, but there’s a number of other issues at play…ie; user experience, software speed, service providers, connection and so on…
Easy to use biding is always fun and fast not much time to wait after bidding starts until it ends

The 15% bonus is quite high. Considering the 13% addition, that add the price 30%. As much as some item are sold above the price of a new item în store. Other than that is just fun to follow the bidding process.

Antiques Etc. is located in Santa Clara, Utah. Our customers appreciate primitives. Unfortunately, southwestern Utah is not the place to find that type of merchandise. Hibid has provided us with the opportunity to purchase the primitives our customers are looking to buy. Nothing quite like a good Midwestern auction...

By saying confusing was that when the bidding ended on an item it said you might have won.The problem I have is without knowing if I won and what price I might have won it or lost.It kept me from bidding more on other items.so if I have a budget of a 100... and an item I want is at 70 and my maximum is 100 and the bid is closing I don't know if I got it for 70 or another bidder swooped in at the last second.Without showing the winning bid.I'm unable to bid on something else not knowing if I have a 100,30 or what left
It is not clear if you have winning bid when auction ends. Did not receive any notification.
Representative had answers to questions.
The only issue I had was no notification of being out bid, or history of bidding. I think %18 on top of winning bid is a little salty.

Auction house warned of stock photos and I did read descriptions that matched item pictured but feel it was more bait and switch as only 3 of seven actually matched pictured item. Of course those were the big items that did not match pictured item. Buyer beware! Be on the lookout for anyone that admits using "stock photos"!
