After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
I love the opportunity to get some needed things for the house on a deal
Auction house warned of stock photos and I did read descriptions that matched item pictured but feel it was more bait and switch as only 3 of seven actually matched pictured item. Of course those were the big items that did not match pictured item. Buyer beware! Be on the lookout for anyone that admits using "stock photos"!

I bid on two separate auctions and won coins on both I received my invoice for one auction and received my coins shortly after. Got charged 109 dollars for the coins on the other auction no invoice no coins no emails just look to be out some cash and I'm pissed. I will leave a 1 star review every day until I hear from someone.
I have used y’all in the past and have not had any issues and have a lot of friends who use you but yall might be loosing some business.
Attempted multiple times to update credit card for payment. Tried 3 different cards that are known to be valid using correct entry of data.
Messages were incorrect stating card was invalid.

I have yet to find an easy way to locate the auctions I'm looking for. Maybe I am impatient, but having to wait while the site grinds through pages to get me where I want to go is not ideal.
I wanted to bid on a specific auction's merchandise. It is unfortunate, but I know I will never spend as much with this seller as I did when we attended their live events. I'm sure it is better for the auction is many ways, but not for me.

Its a very good process. It can be slow at time but it is good. I feel the fees is a little high for my liking. Most other auction site has a more lesser rate than Hibid most is at 14% Hibid is quite steep. At a going 19%^ is a little gauging. This may defer me if not many to bid less on something the consumers want. Thats all i could see that would bar someone from coming back and going to other auction with much lesser fee..
When purchasing items you would hope that the sellers would give pictures or descriptions of any damage and stat. It appears they tend to try to hide them.
I watched as the time ran out and I was the highest bidder. Then after the auction ended I received a message that I was outbid. Thank goodness I didn't bid on another item because I noticed later that I was sent an invoice for the item I won. The outbid message was an error?
