After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
I bought an antique bedroom set. There was undeclared damage on the set. When I got home with it. I noticed a back leg of the dresser was broken and someone had wired it back on. I am requesting a refund.

Today, June 30 I went to an auction online on two cordless drills with the battery did not win the bid approximately four hours later I received a bill from the company stating that I owe them $290 for shipping and handling and for lot number 077; Again, I did not win lot number zero77 at that auction.

Pictures and descriptions were very helpful and items were clearly identified.
Lack of in person auctions near me this year
I won a lot thinking it was real pokemon cards, since description did not say anything about it. When I received the package, it turned out to be fake replicas, and I contacted the seller, but I didn't get any response back.
I bid and won but not after some "hand to hand combat" during the bidding process and of course then came the bidder's premium and at times, the delivery charges...overall experience was very good.

I had a great experience with Tim from Estate Consultations LLC. I asked him alot of questions and he answered then all despite me not know much about internet bidding. My item was better than I expected and I would buy from this auction house again. Service was top notch.
HiBid had an item I really wanted and the location was close to the border so the round trip could be made in a day. It was also a good price so it was a win-win situation.

Usually I have a great experience with items from the auctions, but this time I was given the wrong item. I won two baby gates that were of different brands, but they gave me two of the same brand. I wouldn't have noticed or cared, except that the wrong item was missing parts. Luckily we have a 3D printer so we are able to make it work.
I got little to no direction on what to do once I won a couple of items. No invoice or receipt of charges and what to do next. Also difficult to find items I have won on my profile. The green dots/numbers are not user intuitive.
