After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
Bidding is easy and the response s quick. Setting your maximum will allow the site to show you as the high bidder until someone goes over your maximum. No need to monitor every lot individually.
I have dealt with them before and always had a positive experience.

The live bidding should be an option. It's almost impossible to bid on the items because it shows ALL items that are closing.
Unless I'm missing something, u cannot filter out just your watched items on the live bid.

Be careful what you bid on from here. Bid on an item that did not work at all and was in very damaged state. When picking up I was told I had three days to test to confirm that it worked when I reached out to say it didn't work they said they would not do anything. The item was in bad shape when picked up. Below is the ad for what I based my bid on.

Love the soft close on items, though some people still don't seem to understand it. One issue is a recent auction I was bidding on was supposed to go up by increments of 5 yet when I checked my bids I was outbid on several items by 3 dollars, seems a little off to me.
Friends were using it and it had the most auctions in one site.
Kept me on edge excited, but wasn't sure how to do it, but I caught on,would be better if I could see the other person's bidding

I like having access to auctions across the nation. Unfortunately, bidders are secretly rated by auction houses. If negative remarks are made about you other auction houses will not allow you to bid on their items. There is also a scoring system which is negatively impacted every time an auction house declines you.
Central Florida Auction was able to place negative reviews against me. I never placed a successful bid with these people. Now other auction houses believe I am a non-paying bidder. This is not true.
I contacted HiBid and was told a) reach out to the auction house and b) get new account because my score was too low.
As a bidder I was unaware of this secret review and score. Bidders should be able to see what auction houses are saying about them. Bidders should also be able to rate the auction houses.
The platform was easily searchable, seamless registration and simple to place bids. My credit card information was safely held and not processes unless I gave instruction for the payment.¿
I stumbled upon Hi-Bid simply out of auction curiosity. At first nothing appeared to be close to my area since I live in rural northern michigan we need to make sure distance traveled is sensible and still worth our while since we need to keep in mind travel when bidding items at low prices. I spotted a auction just over 30 minutes away and there were alot of thongs we could use. I was successful and have bid and won bids for many more the past month or so. Each auction has a wide variety of useful items it's hard to not look.
We researched the listings & knew what we wished to bid on. We were successful on a number of items.

There was a 22 rifle I was bidding on and when I would get out bid I would click bid higher and it would just say error. Do that for most of the day and then it let me bid again. Then right before the auction was over it did it again. Other than that it went great
Was looking for auctions for a hobby. Other than primetime auction. We live in Pocatello and it was convenient but last summer had some bad experiences and will not go back. So far so good with high bid
The last minute bidding was very confusing. Every time I bid on the item I wanted, more time was added on. Because this was going on I didn't realize the items were moving across the screen and I ended up accidentally bidding on something else. When I was outbid on the item I wanted I left that website without realizing that I won the item that I didn't know I had bid on. I didn't find out until I got an email the next day reminding me to pick it up. It was a large piece of furniture that I didn't want, could not pick up, and since I was already charged for it could not get my money back. I called the woman running the auction to see if she could contact whoever I had outbid to see if they still wanted it and she said it was too late to do that. She was very annoyed that I hadn't called earlier, but I didn't even know I had bid on this item much less won it. It cost me $63 for nothing but to learn to never use this company again.
This site is great, give you access to auctions all over, I do miss live auctions but so far haven't bought anything that wasn't as described.
Multiple auction listings
Mid-state auction service of Decatur IL basically committed fraud and is still selling to this day with no repercussion for his actions. I understand auction flex/Hibid can't give me a refund but they could give the proof I provided stop letting scammers use their platform. Very sketchy.
Tip for consumers:
They let thiefs do what they want and keep holding auctions

The bidding experience is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing about that.
What I didn't see anywhere listed in the auction details was the flat 10% tax fee. Maybe I missed it, and in this case it would not have changed my bidding, but it still was an unexpected fee on the invoice since I don't live in the same state as the auction was held.
My brother in law went to pickup my winnings. I won a motorcycle lift but they gave him a lawnmower lift. The lawnmower lift sold for much more so I guess I came out ahead on the deal but the auction house is not very organized.

No issues, accurate disclosure, easy pickup. Why stand out in the cold or rain when you can sit at home and bid online. Yes, you miss the exposure, but it still is exciting.

Can't find auction lots I have won from the past. There is no archive of won auction lots just a list of auction lots I have bid on. Would be nice to see a list of all the won lots. (similar to what E-bay has)

The make it easy to bid on items
Win 13 items, picked up, checked item #'s with invoice, all correct. Opened all items at home and two boxes were not the correct items - they were thankyou cards, my items were epoxy resin tools. Returned to depot, they verified the error but could not find my items so their solution was to give me a refund. You have the same items on the next auction which I am currently bidding and losing on.
The person in charge if the depot just said someone else got our won order by mistake and gave me a refund
