After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.
It's very easy to navigate. And spend money. I was looking for a coin auction and there it was.

The bidding process through Hi Bid was terrific and I will likely try again. The problem was the actual auction. I purchases used Emeril 360 air fryer and got it for I felt was a very good deal frankly. The problem is that the handle on the air fryer was broken which I discovered only after I got the item home and the baking racks that came with the item weren't even for the air fryer. If I want to use I will have to purchase Emeril replacement racks at a premium which will place the cost of the item well above what I might have paid through another route. I'm hoping g to be able to contact the party in charge of the auction but not certain how to do that.
First Time. Was just looking for area estate sales.
Both my wife and I were bidding on a few items in a recent auction. We were both registered and on our laptops. The time remaining to bid on various items was off the two laptops by about 30 seconds. Although my wife's laptop said there was still time, this time difference caused my wife to lose out on an item she was interested in.

Deliberately misrepresented auction items. The auction for poker chips shows all chips were in tact. The truth was much different. 75% of the chips are crumbled. They through the few good ones on top completely hiding their trash. I submitted a few images. First is the auction image.Then, the truth. I wouldn't have paid 50 cents for thier trash. The hammer came down at $50. Shameful

Everything was fine until your website froze and by the time I got logged back on I lost on bidding a few items.

I've Bought trough a lot of different Auctioneers and never any issues but never again will I deal with Encore Auction Inc in London. Never mind we waited for over 2 hours and nothing with issues and we left right at closing time, when I got home the one item that i got was completely wrong. I was suppose to get 20 bottles of Dr. Teal's Sleep spray, there was only one bottle in the box and 18 bottles' of hand sanitizer. I took me an hour and a halt to drive there one way and now I'm expected to drive back to return? I don't think so! NOT with today's gas prices. Do they not check what's in the boxes? It should correspond what's on the outside description as well what's on the inside like most of these places do. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THAT LOCATION AGAIN!
This was my first time I used this service. It was very self explanatory, easy to bid on, and I was notified when someone overrode my bid. It was a great experience.

Stay away from this website. Auctioneers bid up their items, do not put your reserve bid ever. Bid at the last minute. Auctioneers can see your reserve bids and just bid up themselves from different account to get the highest price.

This auction sold me $3,000 worth of fake shoes, Yeezy"s Jordans "all" counterfeit. When I contacted them with a demand letter. They ignored the letter, they also sold me an X-Box that doesn't work.
