After likely deleting my notice regarding items I won, I became worried that something had gone wrong. Upon calling and speaking with a very nice agent, I was quickly assured that my auction win had indeed been shipped slightly late. Sure enough it showed up in my mail the next day!
In current bids it says the name of the auction NOT the Auction House. No location to down load a resale tax form ahead of time. A bidder can't change their credit card it's just one choice. The return policy needs addressed because a number of these auction houses don't verify what they are selling. AKA selling gold filled as gold! Other options of payment would be good Zell, PayPal etc.

I won with my bid and received no product...got a story that the landlord refused to shut the gas to the Boston Market because it would interpret the tenants gas service...therefore we can't disconnect your stove... all business are on their own gas lines with their own gas meter... so the story is suspect...
A few simple items I got raised on in the last 10 minutes and could not get my bids to work. I don't know if the problem was on your end or my tablet. Rural internet could a!ways be blamed but it just seemed like the other items closing in the background updates were taking priority ahead of me being able to respond to bid on items winding down in there last minutes.

Payment is easy, too easy, high dollar items need a dollar cap instead of flat 15%.
First time user, had made an account previously, but never bid. Via email I happen to see something of interest to me, I logged on and the auction was taking place live. Before I knew it I had bid on a few items and won. I received an invoice the following day, with an itemized list and I plan to go pick up tomorrow. I've been a little intimidated try this in the past, not anymore, was very easy, and had fun.

I've bid on auctions in the past, although it's been a year or so. This time the live bidding was new to me. When I clicked over to the live bidding, the item boxes would jump around, so it was hard to keep track of the items I was bidding on. I would try and click on and item to increase my bid, but it won't e and id be on a different item. It was a real pain in the butt It the last the times would change but the items position stayed the same.

I was just in a live auction placed my bid waited to see if anyone else would outbid me the timer hits 0 and closes then they claim ive lost the bid even though i have the highest bid and a working payment method setup with them scummy experience also the other item i supposedly won on they are now claiming i MIGHT have one not actual conformation saying i won even though once again i was the highest bidder on close the site now displaying out bid even though the last bid was placed by me at 32.50

HiBid is easy to use and I like the feature at the top when you're bidding that shows what your bids are at and what the total would be if you won at your max bids. I have been able to win some pieces to help clean and organize my home and business at a much cheaper price than purchasing new which helps keep everything under budget.

It was horrible. I had no clue how to do it. Horrible, Horrible.
Bakers Antiques a long time seller who rips off people left and right is just one of the many sellers they allow to steal from buyers and then if you complain then allows the dealer to flag the customer from bidding on other sellers. They hate the buyers on this site.

The website is so easy to navigate and extremely user friendly!
Very easy to use and the website is easy to navigate. Picking up your parcel can sometimes take a little longer than expected but the savings are worth the wait.
Inflation erodes the purchasing power of my money so when I'm looking for something I always check out the auctions.

For the Hibid side of things, everything was silky smooth and straightforward with no surprises. I'm not sure if you screen the auctions that use your service, but the three I've worked with have been excellent.

Hibid protects and promotes frauds. I am speaking about Berger Coins and Collectibles. I spent a little over $1200.00 at an auction. Was supposed to be bank boxes and coins. Turns out it was far from it. After waiting almost two months and getting the police involved I finally received a package from Erik Matthews who owns Berger Coins and Collectibles and it was mostly junk. The bank boxes were little wooden boxes from Amazon. They had fake gems in them and some penny's. A couple other Coins also came. Max value probably $100.00 oh and this company is only 5 miles from my home. Buyer beware. Just Google the reviews about Berger Coins and Collectibles in Loveland Colorado. You'll see how much of a thief he is. Hibid does nothing to protect customers. In fact they continue to promote him. Beware.

Erik Mathews the owner of Berger Coins and Collectibles is a fraud. He also takes your max bid and charges you that amount instead of the winning bid amount.
